Stash Spotlight: B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Eye Shadow Palette

Many of you enjoyed my brief foray into B Never Cosmetics during my lash stash spotlight so today I thought I'd just do a few pictures of the fantastic B Never Shadow Palettes they used to carry.

I haven't been to a B store in two years but as far as I know these are no longer available which is a shame.

Click ahead for the deets and pictures!

The palette is a gorgeous, heavy jewel encrusted affair and houses five shades of B Never Eye Shadow inside. It has a bit of a Indian theme to it somewhat as the little jewels and bling look like tiny bindis. It's quite a nice piece of cosmetic and obviously very vanity worthy. I plopped one of the regular smaller B Never single shadows next to the larger palette so you can see the size difference.

You can find B by visiting www.bnevertoobusytobebeautiful.co.uk

They do ship to the US!

Hope you enjoyed this adventure into B Never. More to come soon!

Stash Spotlight: B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Eye Shadows

I'd like to think I paved the way for many a Lush lover. I get so many e-mails a day since starting my blog about how people are rejoicing since discovering Lush on my blog. It warms my Grinch heart that people are busy discovering Lush. I've been a Lush lover for many a fine year and simply think it's an outstanding brand.

I thought I'd take a moment out to point you in the direction of Lush's sister brand B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful. I introduced you to B a year or so ago with a few posts here and there and even one about my collection of B perfumes. Up until now I can't believe I've never once posted my stash of B cosmetics.

Yes, you read that right, cosmetics. Lush is indeed responsible for creating it's own line of makeup under the B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful brand name. Think of B as Lush's hipster sister. Created with a no animal testing policy and with plenty of "fresh" ingredients this makeup is all Lush!

Click it for a peep at my stash of B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Eye Shadows.

Some folk love 'em, some hate 'em. Count me as a lover of B makeup. Although it expires fairly quickly (a year, sometimes two, three if you're lucky) it's one of the most unique brands I've had the pleasure of owning. Housed in bejeweled little pots much of the line brings quality and a bit of posh to the table. Most of my B was collected on various trips to London but you can order B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful product from it's website which ships internationally.

The shadows are particularly wonderful little critters as they are pigmented as a MAC shadow and quite cute to boot (about the size of a US quarter). The line should appeal to Lush lovers as it's a whimsical collection of interesting hippie makeup bits and bobs or if you're just a fan of interesting little out of the way make up items the line will capture your fancy.

Below are some shots of my stash of B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful eye shadows, check 'em!

Some makeup I just treasure and all my B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful makeup happens to fall right in with that. Gorgeous, stunning little things aren't they?

Hope you enjoyed a view of B's shadows and I'll bring you more spotlights of B collection in future posts.

Stash Spoglight: Jill Stuart Eye Shadow Palettes

One of my most prized collections is that of my Jill Stuart cosmetics particularly my Jill Stuart Eye Shadow Palettes.

You'll see why after the jump!

Jill Stuart Cosmetics have that certain beautiful packaging that makes us forget most of the makeup world and just stare in awe (and possibly drool while doing so) and excitement at the beauty that makes up this makeup. Much of the packaging is unique to anything I've purchased before and very, very beautiful. I'm a fan particularly of the eye shadow palettes whith house soft shimmering shades of color. I started out my collection with a single palette and soon after hauled five more. Since that time I ended up with near 20 palettes but only nine now make up my collection as various ones were handed over to friends who fell as in love with them as I did.

Although expensive and at times repetitious the brand holds a very special place in my heart. Hope you enjoyed my stash spotlight of Jill Stuart Shadow Palettes!

Stash Spoglight: Napoleon Perdis Eye Patrol Eye Shadow

It's been a while since I stash spotlighted hasn't it? I thought I'd do a rather quickie post of a haul I did months ago when Sephora was killing Napoleon Perdis from it's stores.

Check it below!

I'm not Napoleon Perdis's biggest supporter and yes I've been known to make fun of his tan a time or two. But I admit he had a few odd pieces in his collection that were decent enough one of which were the Eye Patrol Eye Shadows. I think they ran about $22 when they were fully priced at Sephora but I got them at the grand total of $6 bucks each when NP was axed. Btw take a peep at this post when I was predicting NP's demise from Sephora, I'm such a blooming fortune teller.

These are really quite pretty so we must give Napoleon a few props for creating such a nice little shadow. They have a hint of shimmer, a soft silky texture, and very nice color pay off. Likey! Plus hauling all of 'em for $6 bucks each didn't hurt either.

Anyone get these during the clearance sale?

Love 'em?

Tell it!

Napoleon Perdis was not harmed during the making of this post.

Stash Spotlight: Bare Escentuals Glimmers and Eyeshadows

The Muse thinks it's been too long since her last Stash Spotlight so she deems today a good day to do one!

How about a lookiee at her stash of Bare Escentuals Glimmers and Shadows?

Ok, so the Muse is the first to admit she has way too many of these. Whoa. But she feels better that at least they were mostly collected with kits and not purchased separately, that counts for something right? Maybe....

Stash Spotlight: T'estimo Palettes

The Muse can't begin to tell you how much she misses and mourns T'estimo. It was one of her very favorite Japanese brands of all times. I can't look at most of my collection without sobbing in grief that it was discontinued. Why, god, why!

What in the world were they thinking when they axed T'estimo from the Kanebo line up? Insanity.

The Muse yanked out a few of her T'estimo palettes for a little stash spotlight!

Jump ahead for a peep!

The Muse wanted to pull out her entire T'estimo collection but she started sobbing as soon as she seen the T'estimo logo....so you'll have to settle for a few pictures of her beloved palettes.

Oh the agony...why Kanebo? Why!?

Are you a T'estimo lover?

Missing it?

Mourning it?

Hold me.
