Guerlain Ombre Eclat Mono Eyeshadow Review

Ahh Guerlain how near and dear you are to my heart and how very broke you make me with your new releases.

The new Guerlain Ombre Eclat Mono Eyeshadow are enough to make my heart pound in excitement while I weep tears of joy!

Guerlain's brand new single shadows are thee best thing that has happened to my puffy, fine lined life. Since it's Winter my eyes are terribly dry which means wearing bolder shades is a bit difficult as they drown my eye area out. In comes Guerlain to save the day with 10 shades of perfectly soft, silky beautiful wearing single eye shadows. The Muse hearts you Guerlain, truly she does.

I purchased only one shade so far which was L'instant Precieux but I plan on going back for more soon. The shadow is silky, smooth, and blends seamlessly all this while brightening up my eye area and wearing extremely well. L'instant Precieux is a soft shimmering gold with a good solid base of yellow. This color manages to perk up my tired eyes and create a soft, youthful glow to my face. Likey alot. Although the color definately lends something to brightening up my eye area I also blame it on the formula of the shadow. The shadow formula is silky soft without a ton of pigmentation but just the right amount to leave behind a perfect flawless look to eyes. In keeping with the amazing formula of the shadows in their popular palette line up Guerlain managed to make an even better textured shadow with these new single shades.

At $38 USD these don't come cheap but the price gets you plenty of product in an elegant gold case with applicator. Truly a stunning piece to add to any makeup collector's collection.

Overall, if you're experiencing puffy, dry eyes this season I think an investment in one or two of these shades will be a blessing as they really lend a certain glow to eyes and helps give the appearance of a fresh, awake you!

Guerlain Ombre Eclat Mono Eyeshadow are Muse Approved for purchase. Truly beautiful shadows.
