Musings of the Day: Spring Collections 2009
It's been a few days since we Muse'd together hasn't it?
Oh I forgot to mention....you can't say MAC Hello Kitty!
hehe! I'm evil.
So what's mine? Easy. I'm looking forward to NARS Spring Collection 2009 in a major way! Although I was disappointed that the Grenadines is a matte shadow but I'm still hyped about the other single shadows being introduced! I was also quite excited about the concealer palette which I'm simply gagging to try!
All in all a really great round up of products from NARS and I'm very excited about it and will be bringing you swatches and a review shortly!
So what are you excited about for Spring '09? Remember no Hello Kitty hehe!
Tell your Muse!

MAC....just kidding. I think I'm most excited about the StilaxBarbie collaboration! Looks soo cute!
haha, i've been saving for two months already so that i can get my hands on every hello kitty item. i definitely want all three of the swarovski studded sheer mystery powders. i know, i'm greedy. seriously, i never grew out of the hello kitty phase although it has to be said that there aren't that many hello kitty products in the US that appeal to the older females...you gotta cross over to asia to find that good stuff!!
but, since hello kitty can't be said...
CHANEL BOHEMIAN FANTASY. i definitely want the lip palette (the signature chanel logo with 6 shades) and the nail polish in vendetta. it's supposed to out this month but i've been doing my best to keep away from all malls until the lovely hello kitty collection arrives. :)
it's been so long since i've dropped by your blog, muse, i've really been always busy...always that excuse, huh? hahaha. btw, i love the new design of your blog, it's so nifty that you have to click to see the whole blog. leaves for much more room on the front page. :)
OK, mmmm
- MAC Hello Kitty ( when MAC is not excited???)
- Bobbi Brown ( all of 'em )
- Givenchy ( truly wins with those vibrants )
LOL Ghoulina :)
Absolutely! I'm excited 'bout it too can't wait for tomorrow!
hey serenity!
No HK! LOL I really really want to the compact..god it looks gorgeous!
Completely agreed...everything here is absolutely nothing to get excited about...in order to really experience her holy hello kittyiness you really have to head to Japan :)
Oh yes! Chanel's BoHo Collection looks amazingggg! I'm actually more excited about givenchy though!
Yes it has and I missed you!
I understand completely :) I've been swamped myself!
YAYYYYYYY *hugs you tight* THANK YOU! Everyone was complaining about the click more option! I LOVE IT it allows for my posts and cleans up my blog big time!
Thank you for loving it :)
Hugs!
hi Kayra!
LOL no no no! no HK! :)
hehe!
Bobbi for me too and givenchy!
Givenchy is a bit summery but I don't mind, likey!
Thanks for sharing hun!
I'm still awaiting the BBR collection, much less fussed about HK to be honest. Super excited about Guerlain though (got the e/s quad at the weekend!!!) and really like the look of the Stila palette too. Oh and the Dior quints esp the iridescent one. Aah, so much to get excited about, lol!
I'm excited about Lunasol's collection which is coming out in a couple of days. Weeks ago, I put a hold on one of the eye palettes (03) but the limited lipstick in EX03 was already sold out (reserved out)! Luckily, I was able to reserve it at another department store but I never thought I would have to reserve something months in advance.
I'm also kind of looking forward to the limited edition palette (01), lip gloss (312), eyeliner (02) and nail polish (011, 310) from Lancome because the colors are so dark and different from everyone else. But I haven't quite decided if they are for me. At least you cannot reserve anything until a week before the collection is out.
Guerlain looks interesting, too.
The collection I cannot wait to see is Nars spring 2009. It's out on the nars and sephora website, but it hasn't made its way to my local sephora yet.
I love Nars, but I prefer to swatch everything in person. It's pricey so I don't want to order something based on sephora swatches and not be in love with it.
I'm also looking forward to the collection which you said we could not name! I'm saving for it!
I think Too Faced or Urban Decay. I can't choose...hmmm...Too Faced, yeah, thats it.
So far, Givenchy and Chanel. Both are fabulous and "in my hands"!
A few items from Clinique - too fabulous eye shadows.
I may also like Armani - will see it in person Friday when Tim Quinn comes to Saks.
hi Anitacska!
hehe I hear ya babe :) all good ones to be excited about too on your list!
I'm pretty excited about Guerlain too and Givenchy :)
hello en!!!!!!
:) I'm excited about Lunasol as well and looking forward to seeing swatches! whoa..stuff sells out sincerely fast in japan!
Jill Stuart is the same..sells out FAST!
I like the mix up of pink and blacks with Lancome...really fresh! I'm so gagging for my Guerlain to arrive as it looks amazing online :)
Great list hun!
thanks for sharing!

hey jackie!
Urban Decay always gets me hyper :)
Too Faced is a good one to get excited about too..kinda feeling the shadow palette myself!
Thanks for sharing!
hi Anonymous!
Here, here on Givenchy! Very excited about it!
I'm really excited about Armani as well..all that pink makes my heart flutter!
do tell us how it is when it arrives?!
Well, this spring, I really have nothing to look forward to. Nothing really make me stop and think twice. At first, I thought Shu Uemura would be the one, but when I see swatch here and there, it just look like my same old pieces. Maybe I'm at the point I think I'm enough? I hope not!!!
hi vichaya!
I know how you feel....I kinda get the burnt out vibe too occasionally although I've been excited about a few pieces here and there ;)
