Stila Loves Barbie Collection

That crazy chick Barbie not only loves MAC but now she loves Stila too! Who can blame her right? The Muse hearts Stila herself. MAC may have done Barbie already but the Muse couldn't be more excited that Stila is now bringing us their of version a Barbie Collection!

I'm dancing in circles over the the launch of Barbie Loves Stila which is making a guest starring pre-launch appearance at Sephora starting January 14th, 2009. Mark your calendars ladies as the release is highly anticipated and each canister is numbered and will not be produced more than 10,000 times per a set. This make the collection a collector's item and the lower the number of your can, the more valuable the set. I don't care much about the number of my can I just want me some Barbie and Stila makeup and forget the rest! w00t!

Jump ahead to view more pictures of these limited edition Stila Barbie Cans.

A long time ago in a land far, far away the Muse used to collect Stila cans. Lord knows I can't recall the last time Stila has put out a paint can and now a Barbie LE one? I'm on the case! I'll take 5. k. Thanks.

The Barbie Loves Stila Collection consists of four separate gift sets and one brand new Stila Barbie Talking Palette Eye Shadow Quad. Likey.

So tell the Muse...

Are you a foxy barbie? Maybe a jewel one? A fun, loving Malibu Barbie? How about a ponytail one?

The Muse thinks she's a jewel one, a ponytail one, a foxy one, and a malibu one...groan my poor credit card! They are $40 USD so maybe I can afford one of each?

Which set are you loving?

Tell the Muse!

Remember the sets are available from Sephora.com exclusively and Sephora's 5th Avenue location in New York plus International Sephoras.

Hi Izzy,

I was super excited when I first read about the Stila x Barbie collection online but after seeing the pics, I think I'm going to pass as the dolls they feature on the cans and palettes are not very pretty and the shades look a bit blah to me. I'm sure you can create pretty looks with them but they don't seem that unique or must-have to me. I think Stila could have done a much better job with the product design as they used to have much cuter cans! Perhaps Barbie as a Stila girl illustration would have been nicer.

Do you still have all the Stila cans you collected?

I want Jewel and Foxy! I fell in love with Foxy last week, and now I love Jewel. I love the idea of eyeshadows and blushies/lip products in one lil palette - they're calling my name. I'm gonna have to ask Beau for these! *puppy eyes*

I can get on board with this collection!! I wanna be all three:P Ahhh...I remember going over to my friend Stephanie's house. She was the only girl in the family and spoiled rotten with lots and lots of Barbie, from dolls to the Malibu house, to the (my favorite) convertible. Good times:)

hi iris! How are you lovie?

Awww I hear you on the dolls. i'd have been thrilled to seen the stila girls in barbie format that would make the kits even more appealing! I think the colors are something I have to see in person b/c I always find stila swatches/pics a bit blah but I'm always pleased when I actually see them in person. I do indeed have all the cans I collected...I used to store brushes in them but at the moment they are in a box in my closet. How about you?

I think it's kind of weird that the Ponytail Barbie can is the only one that differs in terms products included (that is, eyeliner/lipstick/palette as opposed to the mascara/lipgloss/palette in all the others), but whatever, I could definitely go for both the Foxy Barbie and the Ponytail one. And I never even played with Barbies! :D

I noticed that sophy..I kinda dig that they all have something a little diff...diff style mascara, etc..:) I guess it doesn't surprise me they included a liner with PT barbie considering she had that lined cat eye look :)

I love 'em all teehee!
