Summer Must Haves: Evian Mineral Water Spray

Although Aquafina Facial Spray is WAY cheaper, the Muse still has a soft spot in her heart for Evian Mineral Water Spray!

They say Demi Moore buys this stuff by the case, I could probably relate as it's super good. Whether you want it to cool off in the Summer or you're using it to tone your face, Evian Mineral Water Spray def appeals. One thing about this is it never dries my face out. It simply delivers a delicate blast of cooling mineral water onto my skin that aids my moisturizer to absorb easier which in turn allows my foundation to apply flawlessly. It's pretty much a multitasking product as people use it to tone with, use it to cool off with on warm day, or even use it to set makeup!

As I said it's not the cheapest option around but it is one of the few that works, simply, easily, without any fanfare.

Loves it. That is all.

How about you?

Is Evian Mineral Water Spray a Summer Must Have?

Using something else to tone with?

Do tell me about it!

I know many who like this product! Does this contain anything else other than water?

I use the Vichy Thermal Spa Water for cooling on hot days. I keep it in my purse and just spray it on my face and neck. In Europe it costs about 2 CAD but in Canada I buy it at 10 CAD :(

Vivian: Saw these a while ago, didn't think of grabbing them. Just shortly after, Evian disconitnued all theri lines in skincare and so forth and everything was like POOF. I couldn't find these anywhere near me, but I don't feel like driving too far then turned up with nothing. I just don't understand why they do that. I loved their moisturizing cream for face and makeup remover.. drat. Happy using it! XD

Hi Muse! I have this as well, but I never really knew how to use it! hehehe Would I spray it after I put on all my makeup to set it? Also, I see that nitrogen (of some kind?) is in the ingredients, so do you think that could be harmful to your skin in the long run? I hope not because it's starting to get hot!
Love your blog!

ooo... I just love these sprays... It does wonders for my skin... really keeps it hydrated and it reduced the redness around my nose... I use Avene's though... I guess they all should be the same... but I must say, they are a must buy for all the gals out there... =)

hi spiffy!

Some people def do that. I don't as I don't like how it makes me look washed out but it's good if you use minerals or powder foundation to set :-D As it makes powder look more blurred and flawless. I'm not really sure. I've heard that nitrogen can be irritating on sensitive skin but I'm not sure if has long term effects. I'll do a bit of research and let you know if I find anything :-D

Hi,
I have not seen the Aquafina one at my local drugstores (only the bottled water :) ). I got the Vichy one because I have used it before and I know that it has only water (and some proppeling gases) and it does not irritate my skin. Does the Evian one have other ingredients besides water?
