Musings of the Day: What Do You Conceal?

As a girl or a woman (I tend to think of myself as a girl, the Muse is quite like Peter Pan she may never grow up!) you probably conceal daily. Maybe you conceal your eyes or maybe a pimple or a scar....

What about your feet? Indeed. Some people supposedly conceal their feet. Yes, for serious they do. T!NTALIZE is proof that people do indeed conceal their feet.

The Muse personally doesn't conceal her feet but she's somehow become fascinated with people that do!

Two chicas, Sidney and Allyson created an entire line of foot concealer to make your feet gorgeous and flawless. The concealer works to conceal corns, scarring, veins, and other minor foot imperfections. The Muse can't say she'd be willing to try a foot concealer but the idea seems interesting enough!

Speaking of concealing things......what do you conceal? Your feet? Would you consider concealing your feet?

How about your eyes? Face? Tell me about it!

As for the Muse she conceals her under eyes but aside from that she doesn't bother much. I never, ever cover up pimples with concealer and my foundation pretty much covers up any dullness I have on my skin! So a quickie swipe or three under my eyes is what I conceal.

How about you?

Share it!

P.S. It's ok if you want to admit to concealing your feet, we won't make fun of you.....too much.

I use UD's 24/7 concealer under my eyes when necessary (and I don't often feel it is necessary). I also use it on a dark spot by the side of my chin which is damage from a zit from last summer. I've been trying to use stuff to lighten it with no luck.

Oh,my goodness. this is hilarious, but I am totally looking into it. Yes laugh at me now muse. I could use a little help with my feet. My poor pinky toes are atrocious. That's the only thing I would conceal because I don't even own concealer.

me too only conceal the eyes! am not too bothered with freckles and pimples. too hard to cover everything without looking like someone with a mask on!

and a good foundie usually covers up most of it :D and of course, brightens the face! ^_^

I've been known to cover up bruises and redness from insect bites and scratches on my body with a dab of long-lasting concealer or foundation. Probably nobody else would notice it but I do! It's a must on photoshoots or filming and I have covered up feet before when doing make-up on others (swimsuit shoots and of course footwear shoots). The oddest thing I've ever had to cover up was a bald heard though. Sunburnt baldness. Nightmare. It was in the days before mineral make-up so trying to cream foundation to adhere to sunburnt skin was not fun.

Am total amazed that people actually go through the trouble to conceal their feet. I am wondering, what if you get caught in the rain? Wouldn't the concealer run - giving you streaky legs??

Anyway, I must conceal the dark marks that acne left behind. I feel totally dirty and ugly with them hanging around. I would do my eyes if I go without spectacles. So most of the time, I would be hiding behind my glasses. Only on special dates would I be flashing my beepers but only after proper concealing.

Not sure if I am overdosed on concealers but I am the proud owner of Erase Paste, Shiseido concealer, SK2 concealer and am still thinking of getting more.
