Musings of a Muse: C-Thru Fragrances Review

If you're looking for a fun, flirty little scent that's not hard on the budget, the Muse suggests trying out C-Thru Fragrances!

Geared towards teens this new line of fragrances is actually created by a division of Estee Lauder, yes you read that correctly, Estee Lauder! And guess what? They are available at your local Walmart, Kohls, and Target which means the price tag is itty bitty!

Although they were created with young women in mind the Muse doesn't mind indulging in something so cute and fun. These are available in three fun scents which are Ruby, Blue Opal, and Purple Diamond. Which gem are you?

Ruby is a blend of peach, rose and vanilla and comes across as the fruitier of the scents. Blue Opal is a watery floral with hints of watermelon and lilac...personally I get heavy floral from it but nothing overkill more fresh and clean. And Purple Diamond is blackcurrant and jasmine with hints of musk.

Each scent is priced to own at $17 USD upwards to $25 USD.

The bottles are funky, bold shades of purple, aqua, and pink with clear crystal beads embedded into the actually fragrance. The effect of the crystals creates a lava lamp style packaging that's quite fun for anyone who likes a bit of color and funk when it comes to their fragrances.

Although these are Eau de Toilette I do so promise that they are STRONG! Phew! One spray is plenty to keep you going from day to night without any touch ups in between. Surprising quality for an EDT considering my skin normally sucks EDT's right up within an hour. These last pretty much all day with one minor spray so please do keep it light and fresh with one squirt!

Along with a unique blend each fragrance also has it's own personality. Ruby is for someone who's passionate, confident, and strong! Purple Diamond is meant for those who are mysterious! And Blue Opal is an expression of spirituality and balance.
