Yea well fancy me not excited after seeing the actually product photos for the MAC Hello Kitty Collection. Please Jebus can it be pink Hello Kitty time now?

I'm a hopin' and a prayin' that MAC Hello Kitty Kouture tops all this...otherwise there will be hell to pay! No one likes a nasty Muse!

I want the lippiessss!
I didn't mind the eyeshadows being a disappointment because frankly I just want a ton of cute hello kitty lipsticks and glosses.
really?? not even kitty coture is doing it for you? im much more excited about this collection than dame edna. i think the lippies are calling to me. you really dont want even one thing???
its just meh, to me anyway. i think i want that one e/s palette that has romping in it...just to get romping.

Wow...I love the packaging :D Although truth to be told, the eyeshadow palette reminds me of my little sister stationery box :x but I think it look cute :D And definitely would appeal to little kids more than the grown ups I imagine o.o
Honestly it's not that exciting and kind of disappointing. Sure, I'll get a few things but I was more impressed with last years Fafi collection. That blows this out of the water. Mac could have done "more" with the Hello Kitty theme. Who ever was behind the concept didn't really get it right IMO.
Does it look like there is a BBR MSF smack dab in the middle of the displays? or is it just me?
Is that a MSF on the display??? Or am I just seeing things?
Is that a MSF between the lipsticks and lipglosses?
just think, Musey, you can skip this one and get something extra for Spring 09.... :)
i'm with you. it's all wrong and emo. but then, i didn't have my heart set on it.

I wonder why they only have two of the six lipstick shades filling up all six spots - I'm really curious to see what the other colours (and the TLCs) look like. And lol at the MSFs subbing in for the BPs on the display case.

I LOVED Fafi too :) I really think they could have worked it further too...it's just..meh...I'm positive I'll indulge big time but honestly I am ranty and disappointed as all hells :(

How chic! I love it. You don't want to be spending lots of your hard earned cash on some plastic monstrosity that looks like it came from a 99 cent store like the travesty that was Dame Edna's collection. Mauve and red cases? Really?!
I'm a slut for Hello Kitty.. she's my pimp and i'm her bitch, so I still want everything. I don't know if I'll ever use the lippies though! The stamp is just too cute.
I do wonder if we can take home the stands. I'd love love love to have them at home for decoration!

I like the editorial/model shoots but even though the collection is supposed to be young and trendy, the actual colors of the makeup seem old, especially that pink lipstick. The lipgloss seems interesting but the Hello Kitty looks a bit like target practice.
I hate them. I'm just waiting for the brushes and the brush stand that will come out. I hope the promo pix is real.

First of all its pretty obvious that they "tried" to copy the mod look of the hello kitty jewelry that i have from tarina tarrantino, but the blck face is so ugly! kitty looks dead! they should have just put the pink hair like tarina jewelry to look cuter and more hip. i bought the dame edna lipstick and the sticker of the red glasses peeled off the first day. so cheap! mac is really getting tacky

they could have done better in my humblest opinion and I think that the TT line would be an ideal look for the collection!
