Happy Valentine's Day!

So it's Valentine's Day isn't it?

Minor depression as my boyfriend lives in the UK but we did spend a rather awesome evening talking, being goofy, etc...!

I kinda sorta think V-Day is somewhat a bit too commercial for my likes. I don't think I need a particular day of the year to tell someone I love them! Heck I do that everyday anyway ;)

But I did want to take a sec to say Happy Valentine's Day to each of you and your loved ones! It's not all about lovers! My parents get me a V-Day pressie every year and I give them one! Same for my sis! ;) And some special friends too!

So even if you're single you can make it about someone else that holds a near and dear place in your heart.

Single, Married, or In a Relationship the Muse wishes you only the happiest feelings in the world on Valentine's Day!

If I could I'd give each and every one of you a big squishy hug and some hershey kisses too (because fat content is important on Valentine's Day!)!

I hope your day is special whatever you do!

And hey what better way to celebrate Valentine's Day then with great pick up lines from the Captain right?

You've been officially Shatnerized with this post! And yes the Muse believes even back then it was a hair piece! For shame William, for shame!

Dear oh Dear Spock you cheeky little monkey! Naughty! Naughty!

My thoughts exactly! We don't need special days like today to tell someone how much we care about them. But I don't mind getting presents either, lol.

Hope you have a good sweetie :)

Ah, that was great! I never thought I'd see Star Trek on a beauty blog, but I love it nonetheless. :-) I was never much of a fan of the captains, but Mr. Spock, now that's another story. I taped so many episodes back then just to be able to goggle at him whenever I pleased. *blushes*

I kinda like the idea of Valentine's Day not being reserved for only romantic love but all kinds. Then again, that's probably just the single woman in me, desperately trying to deny that she's feeling sorry for herself on February the 14th... :-D

Happy belated V-Day to you too, dear!

Hey Izar!

LOL I fear the Muse is a geek prior to being a girl and cosmetic addict ;)

Spock does it for me too ;) hehehehe! I actually have the DVD sets which I've probably watched a dozen times!

I remember it being on rerun after school when I was like 7 years old or something. My mum would be cooking dinner and she'd let me watch it prior to homework.

I've always celebrated even when I was single. I'd give my friends little gifts, my parents, and sis and they'd return the favor!

It's not always about romance and lovers etc...it can be just as special minus romance ;)

Aw don't feel sorry for yourself!!!!!!!!!!!! I was single for ages prior to meeting my boyfriend about a year ago =-) Be single and Happy!

Happy belated to you!

Hugs!
