Urban Decay's 24/7 liners.
They work better on me than the MAC Technakohl, though the technakohl is what I was in love with until I tried the UD 24/7s.
MAC Fluidline! On me it doesnt smudge. Urban Decay 24/7 sumdges on me ALL the time. Also the Loreal Intense liquid eyeliner works on me as well!
I have yet to try that mac liner. I use mac's penultimate, which I love. I bought mufe aqua black cream liner yesterday and love it so far. I had to get the hang of it b/c I never used a brush for liner, but after a few attempts, it was perfect. I had that cat eye sexy thing happening? lol
MAC Powerpoint Eyeliner
Mine's actually the Ruby and Millie I-Writer, every so often boots hands out £5 off vouchers for No. 7, Ruby and Millie and some other brands, so I end up getting them for half price! :)
My favorite is Stila Smudge Pot in Black. It never budges and the pot lasts forever!
My partner uses Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner. She looks really great with it.

But love BB gel liner! I never tried Loreal Intense Liquid but I probably can't as I get goofy when it comes to liquid liner lol!
