Nivea Chantal Thomass Cosmetic Collection
You could convince me to buy Nivea makeup....
According to WWD Nivea is teaming up with lingerie designer Chantal Thomass to create a boudoir like collection. What? Boudoir-like? Ok, I'm so in!
You wouldn't think Nivea would jump on board the boudoir express after dealing with skincare, cleansers, and body care for so long. I dunno, you'd think they'd do something..safe? But hey who am I to judge I'd so buy sexy Nivea makeup, don't lie you know you would too!
The line will include eight lipsticks, six shadows, and two blushes and will be available within Europe from July 16th. I doubt we'll see it stateside so start gathering up your Euro friends and begging them to please get you some sexy Nivea cosmetics!

I think we'd have Nivea cosmetics here in Europe for a long time. I remember using it as a teen. Most of the products are not that hot unfortunately. I have sort of lost faith in them :(

Naaa, I don´t think they will pull this one of. Nivea has a makeup line here in Europe, Nivea Beauté, and it´s not that hot :) They do have a cuple of nice mascaras though.
Wow, that isn't a package I'd expect from Nivea! They usually go for a safer look :p In fact, I love Nivea's makeup for natural looks, they have it all, and for relatively cheap... I got their newest mascara (nanodefinition I think, it's the hot pink tube) for 10€ (about $12?), and I'm in love with it :D
That blush looks like exactly the color I've been looking for, but without paying more than 20€ for it XD So, I'll pray that the collection lands in Portugal as well :)

no such luck here. Nivea pretty much stinks in the states. It's quite a decent skincare on your side of the world though! kinda bummed to hear the makeup is crumbs!

I would love to grab me some Hugh Laurie, but I don't think they would let me on the lot. (of course, that has nothing to do with Nivea makeup at all, tho - LOL) :)
nivea makeup is really big in germany,but also really boring..the package tends to be very simple. the quality of the products is great,especially the lipsticks(nivea knows about lipstuff). there used to be really nice collections a few years back,for example with butterfly embossed eyeshadows etc.
I really love this collection here,it looks awesome

I'm Swedish and we've had Nivea makeup pretty much all my life - but I'll have to join my fellow Europeans in saying that it's really not that hot, quality-wise. Bad pigmentation. :(
'Tis a shame, because that blush and that lipstick are looking mighty fun (if a little Hot Topic, haha).
I'm a Brit if anyone wants to metaphorically grab me :P Seriously I'd like a friend to swap makeup with that I can't get here in UK.
