Religious Cosmetic Musings: Looking Good For Jesus
Religious Musings ahead with some comic relief......you've been warned!
The Muse likes to think she's an agnostic kinda girl although on occasion she's been known to lean towards the atheist side of the field. Now her parents did their best and sent the Muse to Catholic elementary school and an all girl's Catholic High School but here be the Muse a few hundred years later and her beliefs are quite drastically changed from when she was a mere girl.
The Muse has decided that the best way to bring Jebus into her life was to do so with bubble bath, moisturizer, and lip balm. I mean this is surely how a Muse would gain faith right? So she set on her quest to find Jebus by taking the leap of faith into cosmetic country. Sadly, she found out that not many cosmetic brands care about the all mighty God just about the all mighty dollar!
Damn.
But...now...recently...she was enlightened by the latest brand from Blue Q entitled "Looking Good for Jesus"! This was it! This would surely be my way to the Lord!
My god look at that slogan! "Look your Sunday Best! Guaranteed to help you be worthy and get noticed by the King of Kings!" This is possibly so morally and maybe politically incorrect I can't help but piss myself laughing!
Now to get tight with Christ you can indulge in bubble bath, lip balms, and many other fabulous and heavenly items!
Find the Lord in your bathtub!
A Sparkling Hand Cream! I just knew that Jebus would love the sparkles!
Jebus Lip Balm! It says that this will be return my lips to near virgin quality! Bless Be!
Now to get the full effects of this amazing brand the Muse does recommend checking it out for yourself by clicking here!
The Muse has meditated (and prayed) on the topic and she's decided that these items could surely change the face of Jesus, the church, and religion as we know it! If you hit the cosmetic junkies with the Lord surely the good news of Christ will spread far and wide.
Indeed...Jesus needs to consider tapping this industry!
If you're wanting to get jiggy with Jesus do check out the Blue Q website for further details as I'm positive you'll at the very least want the lip balm! Lord knows where your lips have been right? Best get them back to virgin-like quality fast!

What do you think is better?
Benefit Georgia or Gueralin Meteorites in Mythic if I'm looking for a subtle glow in a face powder? Thank you!
It seems like this brand has been around for quite some time, but only last year, some Evangelicals (or whoever always causes a huge ruckus) raised a big stink about the line. I don't blame them. I always try to look good for Jesus but he never seems to notice! False advertising!
On the serious, though: hot religious dudes are the worst to be attracted to as they never seem inclined to do anything carnal or remotely sinful with you. I'm always inclined to start screaming ala Hedwig Robinson: "WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF, HUH?!? WHAT?!?" E-mail me, and I'll tell you all about it sometime. *nods head solemnly*
Hi Muse.
Oh my HELL I love this site. I like stuff like this anyway..but I found several x-mas presents..and some stuff for myself, of course. Check out the air fresheners too-I like the patron saint of parking.. the cat butt freshener for my sister, and I really want the coin purse/lip balm, and wipe your sins clean hand wipes. I could spend a small fortune on this stuff! ;) Also, have you ever seen "hand soap?" If you do a google search, they're little guest soaps shaped like baby hands. Very cute. ;)Did you read through the shipping instructions?! I was dying..about the charges..it may be more because you live in the sticks with your cousin and some shotguns?! Holy crap!
As far as virginizing yourself via lip balm..I need a Costco-size stick of that!
if it wouldn't be sacriligious i'd get some for my grandma :P
The things you find for us! Now the Muse even makes sure we find salvation! Praise the Muse!
Catholic school did not do wonders for my belief system either ;)
hi crystal
I don't know your tone so it's difficult to say. plus the products, for me, are pretty different. Georgia isn't really much of a highlighter but works as kind of a blush...however it's really sheer and subtle. It also has a matte finish. The meteorites have a bit of a shimmery, frost finish and they offer a good highlight/glow to the face so I guess it's best to settle on these as Georgia doesn't really give much of a glow.
Hope this helps!
hey mandy where you been ;)
this is the first time I noticed this one...I thought it might be new..I was thinking about it really hard and thought I might buy the lip balm for your lips as I know where they have been O:) (halo smiley)

OMG, I have the Looking Good For Jesus lip balm and it's the best! It's smells and tastes delish and feels so good on my lips. People are always asking about it when I pull out the tube.
We have a great toy/novelty store in the Cleveburg that carries this line along with some other novelty B&B lines and when I saw the Looking Good For Jesus lip blam, I HAD to have it.
Damn this insomnia. I think I caught it from Sarah or Rowena!
No, he is neither Korean, nor girly; he's one half Hispanic, and ALL MAN!
The pic isn't fantastic, he looks much better in person, but if you like 'em girly and (half) Asian, he DOES have a brother. Who looks like a 12-year-old girl. Moving right along...
