Fall Collections 2008: Too Faced Smoke & Mirrors

Summer goes by way too fast as it is but when I start seeing updates on the new Fall Collections as quickly as the middle of June I begin to feel like its all over already!

Too Faced has updated it's website with it's new Fall Collection for 2008 already which is entitled Smoke & Mirrors.

The collection consists of several items ranging from gloss to eyeshadow but one item in particular that caught my eye that will likely make an appearance on my wish list is the new Smoky Eye Palette.

I couldn't love this more for it's simplicity value alone! The kit includes not only everything you need for the perfect smokey eye look but also three instruction cards for creating three chic looks! I always struggle with creating a simple, sexy smokey eye so the kit is ideal and idiot proof! The Muse likey makeup that doesn't require alot of brain power!

$32 USD and you can be well on your way to creating smokey eye perfection with a little help from your friends at Too Faced. The Too Faced Smoky Eye palette is available now from Too Faced and Sephora.

I am a wee bit behind blogging this week. I am planning a weekend get away for this weekend, a business trip for next weekend, and 5 day stretch in August for a convention. I plan on sitting down this week and put out a few things. XD

Hope you had a great 4th!!!

I totally want that Smokey eye kit.
I really struggle with doing a good Smokey Eye. The best I've been able to manage is by using MAC's Paint Pot in Blackground and putting that like a thin veil over my eye area.

sounds lovely MC =-) There were fireworks over a lake where I was spending the weekend...was very nice. I felt like a kid as it's been years since I've sat and just taken it all in if that makes sense!

HOLY COW! I wanna go!!!!!!!!!!!!! Super! I love Japanese Anime, culture, cosmetics obviously lol!

I go to different conventions yearly for various things..I just went to comic com few months ago! I also do defcon ;-)

Lucky you!

I'm actually a part of Otakon staff itself. I was in charge of the Otakon Staffing department in 2006 and 2007..but this year I moved on to helping out with their Guest Relations section. It's a lot of crazy volunteer work on top of running my own financial stratagies company, but a lot of crazy fun. XD

Comic Con...I am soooooo envious...I wanted to go so bad, but alas..I had just did Anime Boston before that and I needed a convention breather. lol

Yes, I too am a geek and cosmetics freak. Geekdom represent!!! XD

I don't really struggle with smoky eyes; I just don't have the colours for them. I like the palette though; I may try to get it once the fall season arrives.

hey sarah!

My smoky looks always come our shimmery and glittery so I def do not excel at a simple smokey eye look!

I wanna give this a whirl for myself to see if it works out well =-)
