We normally do a weekly beauty read every week which brings in traffic to each others sites.
So basically if someone reads say A Touch of Blusher and never seen my blog they might notice it on the weekly read and click over here.
It's sorta a pimp of our popular stories of the week and a way to gain readership from other places :)
