Summer Must Have Makeup: MAC Lipglass in Pink Grapefruit

Meet my Summer Must Have lipglass from MAC:

Pink Grapefruit.

Ahhh just the name makes shivers run down my back.

It's simply thee most gorgeous shade of yum I've come across in a long, long time.

Have you picked this up yet? Stop reading this and get to MAC before it's gone!

Hurry! Now damn you now!

Oh, Pink Grapefruit how I love thee, let me count the ways!

You're a cocktail of shimmery orange, pink, red goodness that screams Summer hotness!

You're gorgeous neon orange packaging is both hip and glow in the dark awesome.

You're sticky and tacky but you last and last and last all day long!

You're flattering too all my coral, peach, and orange blush shades!

You rock the socks off my shimmering gold, peach, orange, and copper eyeshadow collection!

Even thought I wasn't feeling the MAC Summer trio of color stories over much I do so admit that Pink Grapefruit totally has my love for the moment and is most definately my latest obsession for Summer gorgeous!

Truly it's a unique shade that I haven't yet run across from MAC! The site calls it a combo of orange with gold pearl but it just seems like a mix of pink, red, orange, and copper! It's a really complex color that is simply stunning on!

MAC Lipglass in Pink Grapefruit is a Summer Must Have for the Muse and gets a big, hearty Muse Approved for purchase!

If you're purchased nothing else from MAC's latest color stories you MUST at least get this!

How about you?

Own it?

Love it?

Tell the Muse!

Hi again!

I purchased Soft&Slow lipglass and it has become my favourite. How can a gloss lighten up your eyes?????

You really should try it!

Lots of hugs from sunny and hothothothothot Spain!

I already had Pink Grapefruit - I think it might be a part of the regular collection or it was a re-promote from another LE collection. I love it, too.

Hi again!

You should really have a second look on soft&slow. All nudes look horrible on me, excepting this one.

I'll also give a chance to pink grapefruit (if there are some left at the counter).

Hugs!

musey, did you check out the colour forms collection, i see very nice pigments and cream eyecolours there =D do you usually use primer before pigment on the eyelids? I've not bought mac pigments before but i am planning to, so i need a bit of advice. ^^

Soft and Slow lipglass and Sci Fi Delity lipstick complement each other really nicely..Soft and slow seems to make the lipstick a really pretty mauvey red that isn't muddy looking.

And yes, Pink Grapefruit is full of win. A friend of mine loved mine so much after she used mine that she stole my tube and I had to go out and get another one lol.

It's worth picking up the glosses from dresscamp they were yummie looking!

It's not too bright but I'll be doing an FOTD shortly with it so you can see how it looks on ;)

hello there helena!!!!!

I did indeed! Oh my some beautiful stuff in that lot eh!

I do use a primer before applying piggies or shadow. I use Urban Decay Primer Potion, swear by that stuff!

MAC pigments are a favorite of mine but they are messy so you might want to grab yourself a nice nude shade of paint pot to use as a base or a cream eyeshadow. I find this allows the pigments to adhere better and also it makes blending easier with less fall out. Fall out is a mega prob with piggies.

Or you can press your pigments to make shadows ;) I'll be doing a tut on pressing soonish!

Hope this helps you out!

Cheers!
