Happy Holidays Lovely Readers!

The Muse figures she'll be quite busy this weekend and won't have much time for posting so she wanted to wish each of you and your families a very, very, very Happy Holiday Season! Only my warmest wishes to each of you for a beautiful Holiday!

Eat, Drink, Be Merry but remember what John Lennon asked us in 1971, "So This is Christmas and what have you done?"

Happy holidays to you too, dearest!

While I can't stand what Christmas has turned into, I at least am happy to be home with my mum for once: she's the only one in our family that can work because both dad and I are disabled and consequently I hardly ever get to see her.

I adore my mum. She's the one who got me into "Star Trek" (I was watching both the original series and "The Next Generation" when I could barely talk) and her mother is the one who got me into horror films (she showed me the original "Night of the Living Dead" when I was five. I loved it.). So I'm happy I'll get to spend her Christmas break with her.

And as for what we do? Well, both me and mum are ex-animal rehabbers and even though we can't do it any more (thanks to my idiot ehlers-danlos) we take care of the animals we have. So I guess that's what we do. It's fun.

Have a happy Christmas my dear! Shall be looking forward to your return!

Ah, I shall miss your average daily trio entries. :)
Not only is your blog highly informing, it could stand alone as pure entertainment!
Ok, I'm probably making you blush (hey, a little flattery never did a girl harm, right? ;)
Anywho, regarding the MAC Originals...yes, I too was disappointed. But Parrot is back...and the glitters! - which brings me to my next inquiry:
I'm assuming you have a MAC Pro Card...but, if you don't (you should, because you're giving MAC good publicity!), where can I find the glitters? Is Ebay to be trusted?
I guess I could purchase some sample sizes from starsmakeuphaven.com...have you gone there yet?
Well, if you're not already asleep (partly from the strenuous Christmas shopping, as well as fatigued by my long rambling), I look forward to reading your input!
Thanks as always,
Roxii

hi Roxxi!

LOL glad someone shall miss me :)

Awww you're lovely thanks for the lovely compliment!

My head is going to get all big now :)

I'm ecstatic parrot is back :) and the glitters are lovely for sure!

Sadly I do not have a pro card! It's only available for actors, ma's, and general people working in the field. Just blogging won't get ya one :( Oh well! Sigh!

You can find the glitters at Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales, and all free standing stores. The originals collection has a few glitters. If you're looking for just regular pro glitters you can get them from a Pro Store or E-bay. E-bay can be trusted but remember to look over feedback prior to placing an order. Specktra as well is a good place. Or you can call a Pro shop and they will delivery for $7 via UPS! Any pro shop will. Manhattan, Florida, San Fran, Etc...

I don't totally agree with what starsmakeuphaven does no offense. It's one thing to sell pigment samples on a forum or a blog but doing an entire website devoted to it makes me kinda of..mm not so agreeable.

LOL I never tire of your great comments :) Keep 'em coming :)

Many hugs!

I believe your comment went through twice ;) So I replied only once lol!

Hey Mandy!

But of course I have to comment ;) hehehe!

But of course! I seen it Friday night ;) And it was fab! They all did a great job. My fav version is still the old one with Angela Lansbery but I did enjoy HBC as Miss Lovett! She did well! As did he :)

I actually got the soundtrack from someone for xmas and now it's been playing on repeat! I do a mighty great performance of Mr Pireli's Miracle Elixir in the shower! lol!

Have you seen it yet?

I was supposed to see it Friday but the holidays kept me. Then, I told myself I would catch it on Boxing Day and still I didn't get the chance, with all the shopping. Tomorrow, though...

Johnny Depp's acting is unimpeachable; always been a fan, always will be. Alan Rickman is an acting GOD! He's another one of those actors who can do no wrong in my book (And no, that was Alan Radcliffe I was referring to in the CD Jamaican Punch Comments Section; dare I say it: Rickman's way too old for my taste and I can't fathom who would go for him. Severus Snape; now that's a horse of a different color!).
Yuck, HBC! She was great in Planet of the Apes, though. I don't see why she can't play every role in the monkey-suit; she'd be box-office gold!

hey mandy :)

Hopefully you see it today! I'm curious what you'll think! The two boys they have playing Antony and Tobey are quite the highlight of the movie.

JD gets better with age and his performances are divine as of late!

LOL I don't mind in the least as Rickman still holds that certain sex appeal...especially as Snape ;)

LOL no celeb is safe from the wraith of your tongue Mandy!

I love HBC she has quirk which makes up for her eccentrics! Plus she captured my heart in room with a view and that was that ;) Fan ever since! I loved her Theory of Flight as well.
