Years back I used to love watching askmemakeup channel, because she's fun and quirky, but she hasn't update for a long time. Now my favs are MissChievous, nireyna, fuzkittie and ericaleigh777. Some I watch because of their awesome tutorials, some because their personalities are amusing. :P

The first makeup guru I ever found on YouTube is xsparkage, she's always been my favourite till this day :) It's weird to think I've been watching her for 2 whole years! (feels like stalker ;[) MsChevious has some fun looks I think though :D
You mentioned a few of my favs. I also love rissrose2--She's crazy & super funny!! She doesn't post much anymore, scandalousbeauty--She knows her stuff!!!! She really breaks down every little step of whatever she talks about, & sccastaneda--quick, simple, and cute tutorials.
Youtube Addict! I've learnt so much from watching others and if YouTube had been around when I'd been a freelance make-up artist I probably would have been so much better!
Love Misschievous and Panacea81 too. My picks are also:
Enkoremakeup: a man that addicted to organisation of his stash is a man after my own heart. I've made my own lipstick organiser, pressed pigments and discovered Coastal Scents 88 colour palettes though him. A GOLDMINE of information.
Pixiwoo: check these girls out! The best make-up artists on YouTube, so knowledgable and with a great calm screen personality. Amazing.
lollipop26: my dose of London girl. I love her chats and hauls, she's comforting and girlie to listen to.
Makeupbytiffanyd: so cute and I want her closet... one day.
Echoli: sweet girl with a lovely soothing voice and cute smile.
And.... Floridasweety and Whatstyleistonickel both crack me up on a daily basis.

I keep getting asked to make video eye tutorials, but the video camera scares me :P
I love watching vids though.
I love Mischievous, although I do think sometimes she's a bit too serious. Panacea81 of course, and I'm really addicted to Petrilude, he's so talented!

I really l-o-v-e gossmakeupartist he explains every single step on the tutorials and has amazing videos about fundation and concealer plus he's hot ;)
juderivera is so talented too her tutorials are amazing even if she doesnt make anything recently

I only follow a tiny number, but one of my faves is twixtbetwixt. That woman is so damn gorgeous, and her looks are fab. Oh, and Tiny Cat is obviously the star of the show. ;)
pixi woo is a new one I found and I love them!
Ohhh, I love watching youtube. Misschievous, fafinettex3, Nireyna, Pixiwoo, Makeupbytiffanyd they are all amazing. I have so much respect for people who have the courage to put their face up for the world to see. I could never do that.
I'm not sure if she is a guru, but check out manwomanfilm's vids. She is entertaining and she mixes the colors very well from her inexpensive makeup collection (I think some were purchased at 100 yen stores). She is very good with matching her outfit and hair to the makeup look too.

I posted about this in my blog last week but I manwomanfilm is really great.
Hmm... Interesting. I guess anonymous and I were thinking the same thing. A lot of manwomanfilm's makeup comes from Daiso which you might already know is a popular 100 yen shop chain. (Though not everything there is necessarily 100 yen.)

my favorites are kuuipo1207, xinar0x, xxsgtigressxx, xsparkage, and petrilude. but i follow many more. i think i follow more people for haul videos though.
theres heaps i like but petrilude is probably my favourite
