Musings of the Day: Those Bloody Duos!
Omg! The MAC Grand Duo Collection was created to tempt and tease a Muse! I've already blown through much of my Spring budget and I'm so, so tempted by this collection!

MAC Grand Duos combine two of my favorite items from MAC, an MSF and a Mineralized Blush. Well Hello gorgeous want to come home with me tonight?
I so want all of 'em! I'm tempted beyond belief but I'm also feeling the love for many of the other upcoming MAC Collections that will pop up shortly, can you say Sugar Sweet?
So I'm in high debate whether to haul these or just wait?! Oh the pain of having to make choices such as this. Le sigh!

I just got my hands on some of these today. They are pigmented and just plain yummy!!! If you're trying not to indulge, don't go to the counter :)
My favorites were Love Rock, Moon River and Hot Planet and needless to say they're all mine. Yay!

although i curious about how functional they will be to use, do you suppose they will be the same size of a regular mineralize blush or bigger?
lol I thought the same thing when I first heard about the collection many months ago :P I had resolved to make HK my only MAC haul of this year but couldn't after hearing about this collection.
I have my eye on Love Rock and possibly Grand Duo. Luckily I'm not interested in Sugar Sweet or Rose Romance, so that helps my budget! Good luck deciding :D
darling, i bought 3 already. no more. :P i must not haul them anymore! but really, they are pretty! i love intenso and earth to earth! pretty!

I bought light over dark last week and I'm still undecided whether to get earth to earth or brunette msf.. what do u think, muse?
Hi Muse! first of all, thank you always for your beautiful yummy postings!!! :) I went to MAC just to test out grand duos today. First of all, I heard that it was a WAR ZONE in korea to get Moon river... People waited outside for hours before the department stores opened and some people actually got injured... ugh. MAC released just too few items in Korea! Anyhoo, I did not like some of the mineralize items from Mac (aka - Soft and Gentle because I have such dry skin, and it just does not look good on me!) But I tested grand duos today and these were super super nice! beautiful and glowing. :) I think you should totally do a haul on these!!! Oh, and some people said Mooriver's marble part would be similar to lightscapade, but it's more pinkish than I thought! Nevertheless, still pretty.
Definitely hauling today. The light pink one reminds me far too much of the Blonde MSF though. I am going for the more pigmented and unique ones. Havent' memorized the names quite yet.

me too, me too! :) yes. they'll be the size of the mineralize blushes released a few months goes, def not bigger :)
I think they are pretty pigmented with hints of sparkle thanks to the MSF side :)

I didn't haul HK at all! Gasp! hehe...only a few bits that came in the mail but aside from that nada.
ugh I really like the looks of them all it'll be hard to decide :(

I haven't seen them yet so can't tell whether the brunette MSF is the better option ;-D try to tell you soon if I go...I'm trying to avoid MAC at the moment b/c I know I'll buy all of 'em!

I haven't seen these in person just swatches online and they all look fab. I'm a big msf lover so these are a dream of a product for me! lightscapade? really? omg swoon want!

When I first read about the launch, I was interested in Moon River and Love Rock. But after seeing the products in stores and swatching them, I decided to pass on them. I didn't like how there were flyaways (I don't like the MSF for the same reason). Also, the two Bourjois blushers I have are pretty good dupes (Lune D'or for Moon River; Rose D'or for Love Rock)! The retail price here in Ireland of €27, as opposed to $22.50 in the US and £16.15 in the UK, certainly didn't help.
hey musey :) I bought Intenso and Grand Duo - Intenso was probably a crazy shade for a paler chica like mahself but with a light hand I can just about get away with it! Grand Duo = gorgeous!
Far be it from me to be an enabler but... BUY THEM heehee ;)
