Love Clover's new PopChu Gloss
This slipped passed me but Love Clover has updated it's site with the new Popchu Gloss! Looks like the site was updated on the 16th of September but the Muse doesn't visit Love Clover's site that much as she isn't the biggest fan of their line.
Tis love for the Muse....*dreamy sigh*
Love Clover Popchu gloss comes in three shades which are Champagne Clear, Vanilla Beige, and Strawberry Pink. The Muse will be picking up Strawberry Pink for sure. I'd like all three to be honest but I just have a ridiculous amount of gloss to get through right now so one is plenty!
I have a feeling these will have a similiar texture to Makemania Curvy Lip Silicon Gloss which is actually a branch off of B&C Labs who also put out Love Clover. Curvy Lip Silicon Gloss is a holy grail gloss for the Muse however I know a few readers who dashed out to try it after I mentioned it at Musings and hated it. I personally love the ooey, goey mess and I'm hopeful Popchu Gloss is equally as fabulous!
The glosses have the typical spatula applicator most Japanese glosses have which is always an added plus for the Muse as this style applicator allows you to layer on gloss beautifully well! Sounds unconventional but works a treat! I wish more Western brands would embrace this awesome applicator! Get this, brace yourself, I believe these are flavored or at the least scented. Japanese glosses are not normally flavored so it's always thrilling to have ones that are! I heart flavored glosses!
Each gloss is 1,260 yen but I've seen them crop up online ranging from $15-$19 USD. Whether they are worth the price jack remains to be seen! I'll hopefully be reviewing these for you shortly so we'll see if they are worth checking out!
