Banila Co De La Couture Fall Collection 2008

Banila Co has updated it's site with it's brand new Fall Collection entitled De La Couture. Expect more mini stories from Banila Co after this as they tend to do many small releases over the course of several months.

De La Couture consists of new shades of popular items in new packaging design especially for the Fall. Banila Co has obviously gone with a warmer, nude look for the Fall where as many companies are lending a hand to metallics and vampy looks.

The palette looks like a particularly nice item with shades of pink, brown, gold, and green. This retails for 22,000 won.

Two new shades of the popular marble eyeshadow duos are also available in new packaging for Fall. These are 8,500 won each and in a gold version and a grey version.

The popular Secret Blush/Highlighter has a new shade for Fall which appears to be a light peach shimmering shade. This retails for 18,000 won and is available in the new Fall packaging design as well to match the shadows and eye palette.

The lipsticks released are all nudey peach shades to compliment the neutral shades of the collection.

Although the packaging is extremely nice I doubt I'll be purchasing any of the items aside from the palette (and that's only a maybe on the palette!) as I have my eye on other Koran cosmetics I've been wanting.

All in all if you're a lover of naturals and nudes this is definately appealing!

Want this?

Loving the colors?

the palette looks gorgeous.. but i'm feeling an overload on neutrals.

i, for one, hate the packaging. why brown?! nothing against brown.. but you're not making your neutrals stand out.

do you know if this collection is LE? I'm really liking the palette, and perhaps i'll need to look at the lipstick shades a bit more (nudes appeal to me but not all suit me)... i am going for a gmarket haul very soon!

Hey YM!

The collection is LE but I find that Banila CO keeps stuff around long and considering you're doing a gmarket purchase I can guarantee this will be around a while before it's gone :)

Be careful with gmarket..you can get really screwed with the shipping :P

Oh Musey,

the colour seems nice, neutral look. but doesn't really appeal much.

But the packaging looks good enough to want to own one! :P

Simple and classy!
