Rose & Co. Goodness

Did you know that salve is the Solution to Life, the Universe, and Everything? Or so the Muse likes to think so!

It's been a while since I headed over to the Rose & Co. website so imagine my delight when I came across some rather interesting bits and pieces that I'm dying to indulge in!

Since a tin of Rose & Co. Rose Petal Salve lasts me for a few hundred years I rarely hop over to the site to have a lookiee around!

However, since I was busy researching for the blog aka procrastinating at work I decided to pay Rose & Co. a little visit and came across some yummie goodness that I wants!

Behold:

Rose & Co. Strawberry Crush Glossy Lip Balm £5

I already have a pot of Strawberry Crush but it's obvious why I'm lemming this version! How cute is the pin up girl tin!? So Musey-like dontcha think?

When did they start selling trios?

Yay!

Rose & Co Beauty Salve Collection £8

Some oldies but goodies:

Rose & Co. Rose Petal Salve £5

Rose & Co. Cherry Kiss Lip Balm (the Muse's personal favorite!) £5

Although for me Rose & Co. gets my vote for awesome salves they also make some pretty amazing bath and body goodies too!

Cherry Kiss Bath and Shower Gel
£8 and Cherry Kiss Cherry & Almond Body Butter £10

Go drooling on the Rose & Co. website and tell me what you're lemming at the moment!

Happy Shopping!

Hi there again,

I figure until we both get less busy, comments work just as well. =D

You are the worst lemming generator! I mean that in the best way of course. The Rose Co salves look too good!

I hope BE does another rocker kit at some point - maybe with browns or purples. Something different than black or gray. The new prices for smaller items isn't quite as fun, but I still buy them anyway.

I hope you like the Givenchy items. I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts. I couldn't resist the red lipstick and gloss with the collection...

I did manage to pick up all 3 LE Jill Stuart items. Which item weren't you able to get? I got both the Mix blushes and the Flash Veil. I plan on picking up some more items later - a couple of more eye palettes and some other goodies. I think you'll be very happy with the new eye palettes.

Which CD palette are you eying? I like the red/gold and brown/blue ones the best.

Did you notice all the mistakes in the fall Sephora catalog? I rather found them to be amusing.

I'm just trying to get through another week. Not to mention impatiently waiting for the 21st and 22nd!

Take care!

Love ya!

these balms are SO adorable!!! How do we get a hold of them in the US without having to order from the UK?? I bet the shipping is killer!

Have you tried Perfumeria Gal lip balms?? Those are my fave!

Such a pretty packaging!

I want the one with rose on the tin and the body butter...I wonder how much the shipping and handling will be if I buy it on ebay...probably 8 bucks. (In that case, I will just stick to my burts bees and smith...)

hey bets!

They do indeed and I adore hearing from you! I miss our chats :)

LOL! ;) Thank ye :) I take it as a compliment!

I'd love another rocker kit. I'm very excited to have this one and I see myself reaching for it often come the Fall/Winter so another one would be fab or maybe something lighter would be awesome too. I'd love a snowy shimmery look.

I def buy them too but I can't help but bitch at the price lately. I've always associated BE with a company that gives alot of bang for a little buck but now it's reversed and just stinks :(

I never did get around to blogging Givenchy Spring. I didn't quite love it as much as I thought I would so I'm very excited about the Fall this year ;) I didn't get the gloss simply b/c I'm always a bit disappointed at the dry texture of the pop gloss but I was tempted!

Awesome! I got the gold LE blush but missed out on the Flash Veil. It was pretty much sold out everywhere according to my mate. Disappointment but I was relieved when I seen your pics b/c it isn't quite what I was thinking and a bit darker which isn't bad but I was expecting pastel Fall colors.

I ended up with two of the catalog palettes that aren't LE and the LE gold blush. I didn't like the cheeky blushes all that much 1st time around but I'm tempted to see if the new version is more pigmented!

the red/gold has my name all over it. Very very pretty!

I haven't gotten mine yet :( I'm excited to lay my hands on it but fear it'll be a disappointed. What sort of mistakes?! Do share ;)

What's the 21/22nd? Holiday?

I'm trying hard to get through the week too and it hasn't even begun ugh!

Love ya back!

MWAH!

hi Audrie!

;) hehe agreed!

sadly it's uk ordering only. I ordered mine from feeling confident and the shipping wasn't too bad! Asos also has them but the shipping is a bit more!

http://www.feelconfident.co.uk/

You can also get the ones we have here (not the same company) from smiths. It's not as cute with the pin up girl but the packaging is the same and the formula is awesome :)
Perfumeria Gal is awesome! I have three! Such retro packaging :)

hello Anonymous!

They are available within the UK only but can be purchased from the Rose and Co site as they ship internationally. also asos sells these and ships internationally and finally http://www.feelconfident.co.uk/ sells them and ships internationally.

if you aren't comfortable with international shipping you can purchase smiths or co bigelow which make a similiar rosebud salve in similiar flavors :)

Hope this helps!

Saw these in Boots in the UK this week, remembered your post - had to buy them! They have petroleum jelly in them (boo) so they're generally a bit softer than I prefer but the flavours are wonderful. Vanilla is a fairly firm texture with a light vanilla flavour, a little like Lush's Tea Tree (which confusingly is vanilla flavoured). Cherry Kiss is softest and gives a slightly red tint. I love the flavour but it's a bit gooey in texture for me. Rose Petal is just beautiful, everything about it, the soft pink colour, the floral flavour, the retro tin. Essence of girl! The strawberry crush has a very strong strawberry flavour which is maybe a bit young for me. I prefer the texture of this one to the others, it's firmer and seems to stay on the lips longer. In general I love the cute packaging but the lids can be a little loose plus I'm worried about them getting scratched in my handbag so I think they'll be staying on the bedside cabinet. Either that or I'll have to get over to etsy to buy a cute hand-made lip balm holder! Anyway thanks for letting me know about these balms which I might never have noticed in Boots otherwise. On the flip side I am now lemming all these lovely on10 balms you write about which are only available in the States!

hi 20thcenturycat!

Thanks for posting about your purchase :)

They are considerably softer then normal balms which is why I wear 'em to bed mostly :) to soften my lips while I sleep!

The rose is my favorite as well :) I normally don't carry 'em with me as I fear it'll be too warm in my bag and drip everywhere so yes mine stay by the bedside as well :)

It's so fab you enjoyed these and thank you for taking me up on my rec :) it's flattering when people comment they tried a product after I rec'ed here :)

the on10 are SUPER! I think you'd really like them, very flavorful :)

Do let me know if I can help get them for you!

Thanks for the fab comment!
Hugs!
