Stila Summer Collection 2008
Stila has a rather promising early Summer Collection this year! Last year the Collection was quite lovely as well but I must say almost all of the items released this year are on my wish list!
One item in particular that has caught my eye is the new Stila Summer Eyeshadow Palette. Although all the images I've seen of it so far are dull I can attest to the fact it is a gorgeous palette as I've seen and swatched it in person at Sephora! It's perfect for Summer wear as it has that beautiful shimmery metallic feel with colors that compliment dewy tanned skin or in the Muse's case fresh, healthy pale skin! The palette contains six colors and is available for sale now for $40 USD.
Another item that caught my eye is the new Kitten Silk Eyeshadow Wash. Even though I am not a fan of cream shadows this intrigues me and has been added to my Wish List. I haven't yet played with it which makes me wary of an online purchase but it does look promising as Kitten Eyeshadow is such a universally beautiful shadow that compliments any skin tone! Stila's Kitten Silk Eyeshadow Wash is available now for $22 USD.
And finally last but not least is Stila Silk Gloss in Kitten to compliment the eye wash. I'm not sure about this but I will admit to possibly wanting to try it out!

I LOVE Stila. We used to have it here in Spain but two years ago, it dissapeared from the counters. I really hope that they come back one day.
I keep as a treasure the things I bought before they left: lilium convertible, three lip glazes, smudge pots (unluckily, they dried), shadow pots...
But I like a lot the new things they're doing!
Man I wish they shipped to Canada. I am hoping to get my Kitten palette from Sephora.com tomorrow. Is it wrong that I am sitting on the porch waiting! Thanks for posting the sale, I posted it on my blog, attributing it to the fabulous Muse of course.

Gosh that palette sure is pretty but I just can't buy it without seeing it in person. And now that Stila's not available in Canada, I may just have to rely on everyone else's reviews... Let me know what you think if/when you get it.

Stila is one of my favourite brands, not that I have much, ut all the Stila-stuff I bought have been great! I will definitely try some of this in a near future!
I love Stila as well! I've quite a few of their lip glaze. Heard so much raves for the Kitten Eye Shadow and I'm dying to try it out soon!
Oh anyway, I was reorganising my makeup stuff these few days and realised that I've more lipglosses than expected! Horrors of horrors I've got 25 MAC lipglasses alone and about 30 assorted brands of lipglosses :p and don't get me started on blushes and lipsticks as well..
I think I've enough to last me a life time ;)

Missed ya! I must say that Stila makes some nice items. I'm not particularly fond of the price tag as other brands are at least $2-4 cheaper but the products are good. I have a few hit and misses with Stila but mostly hits ;)

I love the lip glazes :) Kitten Eyeshadow is lovely. Pigmented, shimmery, sparkly ;) it has it all!
LOL!!!!! I love when that happens. Just go through makeup and realize jesus there are 50 lipglosses in here!

I logged onto Stila website only intending to look around & I ended up ordering a whole ton of stuff.....it was great that you gave us the code though, at least I feel less sinful about spending. Can't wait to get my hands on the kitten eyeshadow and the cherry crush....I am gonna have so much fun with those!
