This is long awaited by MAC fans and very exciting although I must say that I disagree with all the hype simply because MAC Fafi was the holy grail Collection for me personally.
MAC Fafi for me had a better color selection and had more WOW then Heatherette is offering. Of course this doesn't stop me from wanting a majority of this color story but for me MAC Fafi was much better and I think many of you agree with that after scoring some of Fafi for yourself!
The lippies in Fafi were bold and exciting where as the Heatherette lipsticks are a bit of a nude mix up. For a round girl like me I avoid nude lippies like the plague less they make my face rounder than it already is!
The palettes are lovely in this collection and I'm very excited about the gorgeous double ended liners (a first for MAC I believe?).
All in all it's a nice lot of goodies but for me Fafi remains a true love!
My list of wants:
All the eyeliner pencils!
1 lippie maybe?
2 lipglasses maybe?
All the Beauty Powders for sure!

I can't help but be a tiny bit disappointed. I wanted a bit more from this collection but the good news is I got the "bit more" from MAC Fafi!

My MA says that it will only come to Singapore in July/August!!! OMG!!!
Have u seen the packaging? I mean the box as well! So pretty! I want both the palettes because of this!
I'll get 2 palettes, 1 or maybe both beauty powders, Silver Glitter, maybe even the Reflects Transparent Gold too, 1 or both pigments and maybe a few liners. I don't think I'll get the lippies because I hate MAC lipglosses (the whole flyaway-hair-on-my-lips thing makes me dread MAC lipglasses) but I may change my mind when I see them in person. =D
Oh how I wish it'd hit counters tomorrow instead of Thursday! I'll be heading out to CA on the 20th and won't be able to get near a store that sells MAC for a few days. Hope they don't sell out!
BTW, Muse, did you get the half-baked email from UD about the "UK exclusive"? Maybe those shades have never been boxed together here in the US, but there's nothing exclusive about any of the products!
Hello, I didn't enjoy to much of the FAFI. I did purchase the makeup bag. I really just likes the characters. The colors didn't wow me. I'm so looking forward to Heatherette though. I love the packaging and there's a pink shade lipstick called Hollywood that I want to rock for summer evenings out partying! Hopefully theres other goodies too! Oh yeah I want the face powders and brushes too!

Ahh, this is more like it for me. Absolutely hated FAFI and when this comes out in the UK, i'll go check it out.
This is MAC's last chance to redeem itself for me. I love all the nude colours as i don't like colours that distract from the rest of my skin.
From what i see, i'll certainly be getting all the eye liners and probably 2 lipglosses. Beauty powder maybe? Not sure.
I agree that it's not as stunning as I was hoping! I need to check it all out in person but from the website it definitely doesn't look as amazing as I wanted it to!
Fafi was awesome! This color story is not as pretty to me. I think the Fafi colors were more exciting and different, Heatherette just looks toooo pink and girly. I don't know if I want anything except for 1 double edged pencil. What is the next collection?

I don't like the palettes (ONLY 3 colors???!!!!), I already have Jardin Aires piggy, and definitely pink eye shadows aren't for me... I'll take a look at the glitters... and that's all!

I love pink and girly so I'm all over it for that reason :) but color wise it's kinda boring a bit. Yawn.

I already have JA piggie myself which I love but I wish they had released a new pink piggie aside from the pink pearl!
The glitters i probably will skip as it's just too big for me to use it all you know?

Called the girls at the local MAC counter and no date for UK has been giving to them. Either that or they just don't know. So much releases coming from MAC and if they dont get this one right, i wont be bothered with checking up on any of their other collections as its a journey for me just to go to a MAC counter.
But yea, looking forward to the nudes, lol. I don't think nudes wouuld make you look fat, it's all in the mind's eye babe.

I was on a pretty good Fafi high, who knows what I'll think of Heatherette. We'll see.. I'll probably end up like at least something. The dual pencils look cool and so do the lashes!!
