Givenchy Japan Spring Collection 2008

Here are a few releases on the shores of beautiful Japan that won't be available stateside.

I'm debating with myself whether I need these. The price scares me slightly as it's about $20 USD more then what I'd pay here in the US but both items are gorgeous aren't they?

A very beautiful friend of mine is doing my shopping for me as she lives in Tokyo but it's so difficult for me to decide if I really need these!

Ugh choices, choices!

Loving these?

Obsessed with Givenchy?

hehe I try I try ;)

These are a bit too inexpensive though! The cost is near $78 USD I believe :P

I wish they would as I don't mind paying $50 something but $70 something is scaring me!

hold me ;)

hehe I had a diet cherry pepsi for lunch and I'm on a buzz from it ;)

So healthy, that's me ;)

Hi Musey,

It's been too long since I left any comments! I am loving that purple Givenchy palette but I already have the Cache Cache one and Betsy told me that the purple one is just a combo of The Arty and the Cache Cache palettes, kind of like how the Tempting Chocolate one that is out now is a combo of the Intense and Sweet Chocolate. I still lem it anyways. lol. Anything purple toned just screams "Sarah".

I wish that the companies would stop with the Limited Editioning of everything. They need to come out everywhere not just in Japan or just in America- I want equal oppertunities for all makeup junkies!

I am obsessed with Givenchy anything and have been patiently awaiting your Givenchy Denim Collection reviews. I am thinking I might possibly get the Indigo Denim quad but am unsure still.

Anyways, I hope you had a lovely Easter- and I am loving your blog as always! It's looking good! ;)

Cheers!

Sincerely,
Sarah

heya Sarah! Thanks for dropping by! You're well missed when you aren't around my comment box ;)

I was thinking that I have the cache one too and the colors look identical but it somehow hasn't stopped my twisted mind from wanting it anyway! grr!

I got the tempting chocolate as well just b/c I'm a tad strange like that!

See? You admit the disease too ;)

LE everything can be both annoying and exciting. They are smart they know it creates the bloodlust in us all to have it have it have it ;)

LOL! We'll boycott it until they even us equal opportunity cosmetics!

I'm so sorry it's take me this long to post the denim collection. Other stuff keeps topping over it for some reason. I guess it's b/c I'm not that in love with it :(

I'll do the review sometime this week hopefully. I'm honestly not that thrilled with it :(

I wanted some more vibrant and springy!

Happy Belated Easter ;) Thanks so much for bopping by ;) You're missed around here!

Hugs!

hi Specialkalle!

First off thanks for visiting me ;) I totally love hearing from everyone so thanks for the comment!

I'm in the US too don't let that stop you from purchasing foreign makeup ;) Plenty of online shops around that sell it ;)

As for Givenchy....Givenchy is like a religion for me which basically translates as I follow it but that doesn't mean I believe in it ;)

Another words the quality could be better. I love it. I'm a big fan. But it could most definately be better.

I have the two previous chocolate palette releases and the combo one that was released for Spring and none are fab :P

They could be much better that's for sure!

I always find it difficult to do a good eye look with the palettes. The colors are sometimes wacky or too sheer or just don't match up right. And so the case is with some of the colors in the chocolate palette :(

If you're not a big, big, fan of Givenchy I think you can safely return it from where you purchased it and buy something else for your money!

Mind you I'm saying this as a BIG BIG fan of Givenchy.

It's just sometimes not worth it for those who don't follow the Givenchy "religion" hehe!

Does that make sense?!

;)

Thanks again for popping by ;)

Hope you won't be a stranger to my comment box!
