I got all the push-up cheek colors I don't already have, all the lip glaze I don't already have, and the sugarloaf cheek duo. I love anything peachy :D you should have seen me during the warehouse sale. I think I went back for more for a total of 4 times!!! :D

and this post- i got a bunch of palettes from stila, i can't wait to get them. i'm a little freaked because i heard (on specktra) that some people's orders have gotten cancelled in the past (do you think that really happens?!), so i'm obsessively checking my email hoping it gets shipped soon!

I had some trouble with Stila as well as they got really swamped during last sale. But lucky enough it all came through ok! Don't worry it appears they are shipping fast as I got a shipment notice next day so I think you'll be a ok!

ok SO i got my entire order (two folding palettes pink and warm, orient bamboo blossom palette, pretty pansy trio, floating eyeshadow in peach splash) and a belle of the ball palette. FINALLY. i am still playing with it and i love what i see so far (ESP pretty pansy). this is my first major stila purchase and i am pretty excited except for one problemo- i can't seem to get the belle of the ball eyeshadows to show up on me. i'm pretty distraught because they are gorgeous colors. when i wet my 242 and mash it into the pan i can get SOME color. did they start handing out crappy reject palettes by the time my order went through? what am i doing wrong? :(
okay. so i tried the belle of the ball palette this morning over bare study paint pot, with my 239 brush, and the color came out fine. it's sheer and packed with glitter but it's there lol i don't know if i was doing something weird last night ( i swear i wasn't impaired by drugs or anything) but this morning it went a-ok. i THINK it might have something to do with me scratching off the top layer of shadow?

I'm so happy you're pleased with your goodies :) Stila makes some nice stuff!
I highly recommend using sponge applicators to pack color on! I find they work great for packing color onto the lid and blending!
You're the 2nd person to mention this to me and I find my palette was pretty pigmented but as I said I'm using sponge applicators to put the color on! Give it a try :)

LOL it's ok sometimes it takes a sec to get things flowing :)
You're not the only one that complained! Someone else said the same to me! I haven't used these with any of my standard brushes! I find all stila shadows in palettes work best with sponge applicators ;)
It gets the color on nice and dark!
