Sephora Metro Traincase

Yummie! I love me some pink!

If you're collection isn't as obsessively large as mine here's a perfect little solution for storage!

Sephora Metro Traincase in Pink is $98 and has a four tier foldout trays, a detachable shoulder strap, plus a lock and key to keep all your pretties safe and secure!

This is the perfect solution for organizing and storing a decent size stash of cosmetics and hey it's pink who doesn't want a pink train case right?

I'm seriously considering getting one for trips since it goes with my cell phone, my ipod, my psp...what? I can't help if I bring the girl to geek ;)

Hi Muse,

Your posts always have such a sense of humor!

I admit the pink train case does look nicer than the black or silver. I favor red but the pink is very kawaii.

I was just thinking the other day, it'd be nice if Lunasol would come out with 3 more Geminate palettes: Emerald, Amethyst, and Turquoise. Your thoughts?

Hope you are well!

Cheers,
Betsy

Hey Iz,
it does look lovely! But I would never be able to tote one of these around just because once it's filled to the brim, I think it would be too heavy. So I usually use a combination of a black nylon traincase from Muji and various small makeup pouches.

Iris my mate ;)

I agree it's way to big to tote around. To be honest if I go on a cruise or some place where I know I'll be dressing up alot I tend to tug around a load of cosmetics! *blush* half of which i never use! So this is kinda good idea for me! However if I go some place where I know I won't be dressing up and it's humid or hot I tend to shove stuff like cheek stain, foundation and powder into a pouch and go! Sometimes I can't say NO to bringing everything and the kitchen sink with me! But lately I've had to be good because the airport is so careless with items :(

Hey Betsy :)

Thanks darling :) My dry humor isn't always gotten but I'm glad to know you get it and it's made you smile ;)

I agree way more kawaii than a plain old black or silver case! I remember last year or the year before when they had the lilac! Remember that? It was sweet!

Red is HOT ;)

I love the idea of new geminate palettes and damn those three are great ideas! I'm especially, of course, loving the idea of turquoise!!!!!!!!

You never know maybe they'll do it! And if they do we'll know they nicked your idea! You need commission ;)

Seriously that's a brilliant idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Muse,

Ooh, I don't remember the lilac. If I did, I think I might've had to consider splashing out the funds for it.

I've been on a red kick lately. I think started by the Armani red lipstick collection.

I have noticed that a lot of people don't get a dry sense of humor. I often get somewhat to completely blank looks. I lived in Europe for a while, which is where I think I picked it up. We were the only American ex-pats in our community. It was mostly Britons.

Think if we started a petition we could convince Kanebo to release palettes in those colours? Of course, you'd get part of the commission. ;-)

Cheers!
Betsy

yes! it was really nice! I remember wanting it rather badly but knowing it was a silly purchase as only a quarter of my cosmetics would fit into it!

Red is very in this season! I WISH I can wear red lipstick but I always look like a clown and a total fatty with it on :( Supposedly there is a red for everyone out there but I've yet to find the perfect shade of red that doesn't make me look awful!

LOL I get those too :) For all the times I've traveled to the UK I could say I live there :) Brits have a major dry sense of humor ;) that's for sure!

Let's do that! Maybe Iris will do the translation for us hehehe!

Oh no you get it all as it was your idea ;) I just want the palette in turoquiose and I'd be a happy camper!

You had these on your wish list right? Did you get any yet? I can't recall *blush*

I've been meaning to do some face of the day with the palettes but I'm so rushed in the mornings lately it never happens! I oversleep, etc..I haven't been sleeping so hot to say the least!

Off topic but tomorrow I'm doing the Rowley for Avon Reviews and I am SO making it my business to do an FOTD with the entire collection! I think people would like to see it on!

Hugs!

Hi Muse-y,

This was awful to show me. :P And where was I at when there was a lilac one? *faints* I can't believe I missed out on a purple traincase! I have been contemplating a Sephora traincase for ages. The only thing I didn't like about thier traincases when I saw the black one in person is that the tiers aren't deep enough for me just by a hair. :( Does the pink one get scratched up or does it stay nice?

Sincerely,
Sarah

P.S.
I've been loving all the j-mu blogs! Have been to crazy busy to post proper comments on them all. Keep up the great work. ;)

I am lemming that Stila lip glaze set too! I'd love to see you review or showcase of the Tarte We Wish You Wealth Palette. I am so on the fence with it if I should get it or not. Any thoughts or opinions? I gotta shake this lemming! There have been pics of it on MUA that make it look fab in some lighting and not so much in others. It's a lot of mu in one packed into one palette- any thoughts?

hey girlie :)

I was wondering when you got to! Haven't seen you in a few days :)

Yes! Last year :) hehe! Ya never know they may just bring it out again! I agree they aren't that deep! I'd seriously like one as I travel a ton but it may be a waste right at the moment considering I don't trust the airport with my cosmetics at all so I keep it down to a minimum when I fly as of late.

lol! That's ok love :)

I'm getting the We Wish You Wealth Palette for someone. I'll ask her if I can open the box and sneak a look at it. I dunno to be honest. Iris as you know said the same thing I am about to, I'm worried it'll be a mess. Large palettes like that scare me with the mess :) so I'm on the fence too!

$52 it is ALOT of makeup packed into one palette so that alone is a good deal. Not sure of colors etc...I will most definitely review it when it pops in the mail this week if it's ok with the person that purchased it ;)

And you know me I'll tell you like it is...shit or MUST OWN!

;)

Hugs babe!

i got the sephora train case in black from years back, as i remembered, it's only $75.. hmm.. unless this one's larger?

i agree that the boxs are a little shallow, so you can't really stand your e/s on the side, u can only stack it on top of each other, which is annoying, defeats the whole purpose.

however, i think the dividers are moveable, so maybe u can work something out.

OMG!! major lemming going on for the Tarte I wish You Wealth Palette. I plan on not using anything else but the e/s, it's a great deal even just by themselves.

I think that maybe some of the black ones are still the same price but when they add the color they beef the price up!

The dividers are movable for sure which sorta kinda makes things cool!

I can't believe the lemmings for this palette lol! It does sort of interest me but nothing that has me screaming in mercy for it ;)

I have to see it. Maybe once I see it I'll want it hehe!

Love ya!
