No, not spring yet! Good gosh, we're barely getting rid of the warm weather and spring talk is appearing? I utterly hate spring/summer because it's so hot, so even a subject as wonderful as makeup gets tarnished when talked about in the same sentence as spring. :-(

I can't wait till 5:30. I'm going to Nordie to pick up the Keepsake and Face brush set, I hope they have it in stock, sometimes their website updates are faster than when they get shipments.
then I need to get a protective case for my iphone. gosh, i absolutely LOVE it! I didn't have a mp3 player for almost a yr, my tiny little 528mb sony bean broke down, and I've been going to work everyday emersed in the lovely nyc street noise. I haven't had a problem with it yet, but I barely touched it, i'm so afraid of breaking it or getting a scratch on it.
u know what, you should be getting one too!!! treat yourself to some good techie stuff! somestimes it takes away my focus from makeup and keep me from spending 100's on those pretty packageing.

Lucky! It's a really sweet piece of equipment! Tell me about it! The traffic noise is a killer! It's right outside my door/window as I have a large windows in my office!
I normally slap my mini on my portable speakers so I can listen to some tunes while working!
LOL I'm the same way with tech gear :) Lord I treat myself too often to geeky gadgets. As much as I adore cosmetics I'm an utter geek at heart so a majority of the time I'm spending more $ on tech bits and pieces than I am cosmetics if that's possible ;)

I just finished up ordering the December issues of Voce, Maquia and Biteki, so I will get to see some spring stuff in there probably. Hey, I like the makeup, just not the season!
BTW - the one I order from is not the Palisades Kinokuniya. It just says "NY" on their website. The guy told me they're moving at the end of this year and he's going to send me some info on the new location. My Kinokuniya never has the issues (the Palisades Mall one)! The one in Manhattan I've never visited so I took your advice and called and to my delight you are quite correct they carry the line! Maquia was sold out but I got Voce and Biteki's December issues! They said January's issues will be available in about two weeks! Eager for those :)
I'm going to head down to the Kinokuniya in Manhattan after work just for a browse if the rain lets up. I'm curious what other mags they may have available. The Kinokuniya in the Palisades has an extensive DVD collection, Anime, etc..but not much in the way of mags ;)

hmmm.. all these talk about Japanese magazinesss.... I'm thinking about dropping by Mitsuwa (5 min away from my apt) and pick up a copy of VoCe and ViVi. I usually get the chinese ones, at least I can understand what they are talkinga bout, especially those important makeup techniques! but we'll see, since the japanese ones are so damn expensive ($12 I believe?).
my japanese hair stylist is my translator whenever i go. she'll be cutting my hair and i interrupt her and point to a picture on the magazine, "is this limited edition in Japan?" "when is this collection coming out?" lol...
I'm going to send you a FOTD from a long long long time ago. But i love that look and wanna share it with you... =)

At one point I was taking digital photos of items and asking my friend Mai to translate captions hehe!
gosh I don't mind paying $10 for them as I normally pay $25 plus the airmail and rubbish! So $10 is a dream hehe! But I agree they are pretty darn pricey!
