Love Potion Magickal Perfumerie

The Muse is as obsessed with fragrance as she is with cosmetics and she's always on the look out for exciting new scents to tickle her nose and make her smell gorgeous!

While wandering around on one of my favorite sites, Wickedly Chic, I came across a review of Love Potion Magickal Perfumerie.

I ended up ordering three oils from Magickal Perfumerie and believe you me that was a difficult task to do! The array of scents available is overwhelming and everything sounds so good that you'll be tempted to buy one of everything!

The first item to hit my cart was a perfume oil entitled "Candy Pop".

This perfume promised notes of Pink Sugar, Candied Apple, Coconut, Cherry, Strawberry, Vanilla, Daffodil, Plumeria. Oh my the Muse likey all those notes!

I haven't yet tried any of these on my person so this is a first impression from sniffing alone and not wearing the actual fragrance! Upon first sniff of Candy Pop I can most definately smell the fruits in this blend! Cherry and Strawberry are the most prominent with an underlay of coconut and a tiny smidgen of apple! Vanilla is most definately in there as well and it appears to be holding the entire concoction together with a gorgeous layering.

Candy Pop is most definately a favorite for the Muse! As far as lasting power and linger that's to be determined when I get around to wearing this lovely blend!

As I was wandering and browsing around the site with Candy Pop safely in my cart awaiting purchase I came across a most interesting perfume, Linnea Quigley Summer of Sin. Now I think the celeb factor along sold me on this perfume blend. You may not know Linnea Quigley unless you're a geek but for me the general idea of a blend that was endorsed by the scream queen of B Horror films totally blew me away and I had to have it. The geek factor did sell me on this but I also happened to glance at the notes in the oil and they also agreed with the Muse's little nose so into the cart it went!

The description of the oil contains Coconut Oil, Papaya and Pineapple and a few other interesting tropical treats that most definately appeal to my sense of smell. Upon sniffing this I am a tad disappointed. I was expecting this to be way more tropical than it actually is. I do get coconut and some pineapple but the blend seems to also have a strange (not unpleasant) of chocolate. It's interesting that's for sure and my disappointment is only minor as the blend seems quite nice!

My final purchase was difficult to make simply because I ended up running into the "sugared" collection category on the site. The site carries a large list of sugared scents that make my mouth water! I settled on Sugared Melons as my purchase but Sugared Cherries, Sugared Bananas, Sugared Vanilla Mint, and quite a few more tempted me to commit a major sin against my credit card! I refrained and ended up with Sugared Melons as I do adore the sweet scent of Melon!

A mouth-wateringly delicious melon salad of Honeydew, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Mango, Guava and Papaya, with a sprinkling of sparkling sugar.

The above description sold me on this perfume blend and I'm happy to have picked it as it smells fantastic! Cantaloupe is most definately a high note in this perfume blend and it's quickly followed by Watermelon. I haven't yet touched on Mango, Guava, or Papaya but once I try this on my skin I imagine it'll dry down to a mix of wonderful fruity scents!

Love Potion Magickal Perfumerie are extremely generous with their samples and they included 4 large samples that the Muse is quite thankful for as it gives her a chance to further experiment with some new blends from this fantastic site!

Included with my order was Sugared Orchids, Innocence Found, Nectar du Printemps, and Linnea Quigley's Rabid.

Love Potion Magickal Perfumerie is making it's way to the Muse's favorite list very quickly! Customer Service was fantastic, generous extras, and shipping was super quick (and quite FREE! I love free shipping!).

One other thing that deserves to be mentioned is the artwork on the bottles and the website. The art work is just too awesome. What you see on the site is what is printed on each bottle's label!

I'm very eager to try these on and can't wait to make my next order!
