Sephora's got some lovely things on sale. I hauled Vincent Longo and Bourjois stuff. Not POP or Sugar though I'm attracted to POP's striped tincans. Product and quality wise I'm not familiar with POP.
Pigmented? dry? chalky?
Wow! Love it! I just can't understand why there's not even a single one Sephora store in Brazil!!!

POP has some decent stuff. I did a few reviews. Some items are a tad chalk others are deeply pigmented. The tin blushes I got are all awesome plus many of the fold up palettes are rather good too!
