I came, I saw, I conquered Sephora's Friend & Family Sale!
W00t!
I ended up doing all my own personal purchases and gift purchases for friends and family on the same order. I normally like keeping them seperate because I like to budget my own purchases but this year I just gobbed it all together!
Sadly, it wasn't as thrilling as it would be if I wasn't a blogger. I tend to end up purchasing things way early so I can get reviews up here. If I waited for Sephora FF I'd be WAY late on reviews so I just indulge early! But I did get a few items that had my eye and will review them all for you when they arrive of course!

Hello here. Out of your wish list, I would definitely opt for YSL bow lip palette, but they are just too expensive for me.
Sadly, Sephora Friend & Family sale doesn't apply to Canadians. SO, I'll pour myself a cup of hot coffee instead going on Sephora in this cold weather... sigh

I was kinda wary of the korres set as the purple may clash with my dark circles lol! but it looks so pretty I couldn't resist!

OMG!! I was so happy to see the Sephora FF Sale!! I had been adding and taking stuff of a a master list for weeks as I had gotten an e-certificate but just couldn't push that submit button. I pushed it today and pleased as can be. Let's see what all did I get - the Best of Duwop Kit (total awesomeness and they're all full sized goodies, not like some of the little minis in other best of kits), Kat Von D Palette in Ludwig (can't wait for this), Sephora's Brush Cleaner (good stuff!), TheBalm Stainiac (looking forward to trying this), a few goodies from the Dylan Candy Bar collection for gifts this holiday, and the Urban Decay Vault w/ 6 shadows (ooooo ahhh and did I hear you say something about UD sale forth coming *uh oh*) PLUS since my beauty bank points were already over 100, I got a free Benefit Silky Finish Lipstick (these are ultra nice, can't wait to try out the new color, Sunset!). I am just tickled pink with delight :) - And then I just found out from PurseBuzz that Stila is having a little 20% off sale & free shipping on orders of $30+ using code ECYX12. Christmas came early for me this year!! I think I deserved it...lol. Can't wait to see the forth coming reviews too!!

With the exchange rate + shipping costs, buying it in store may not be a huge difference after all.
UD doesn't ship to Canada either so no dice, but I like swatching things in person anyway. Just hoping the Korres set is avail! With my colouring I think the purple would look good!

I did pick up the Cosmedicine-Medi Matte oil control lotion which I'd ordered from beauty.com but it wasn't stocked so this works out well. Really glad I got the full size Benefit eye pot since I had enough BI points...sweetens the deal:) Looking forward to what you like from your list. It was out of stock on beauty.com...I'd order it a couple of weeks ago before I new about the Sephora code. I cancelled the beauty.com order and picked it up at Sephora since it's in stock on their site + the discount helped! I tried a tester of the Medi-matte months ago and loved it since it really does control my oil better than the gazillion other products I've tried but it's pricey for my budget at $42usd but it works, really works. It has a different texture & feel too...more of a sticky lotion than the normal silicone based primers. Even with that texture, my makeup went on fine. I have exessively oily skin year round so I wouldn't reccommend it for people with dry skin but would for people with combo...esp. during summer months.

I'm dry in the winter so it would be a no go for me but it sounds ideal for the Summer as my forehead is like a mirror in the Summer and my cheeks and sides of my nose! So gross...it sounds interesting! May have to look at it comes the warmer weather :)

You're going to find liquid application with a brush is actually quite super :) I use my mac skunk brush for liquid foundation application and it's dreamy!
I was eyeballing the KvD palettes myself and I'm still debating on getting them but the combos are a bit dark :P
