Too Faced The Quickie Chronicles Mini Collection

Sephora is turning 10! Happy Birthday Sephora! We all love you very, very much, particularly the Muse of course!

In honor of it's 10 year's providing much joy to the beauty whores of the world, Sephora is doing up some seriously awesome collections and sets that are truly a steal in a deal!

One such set that caught my eye is the Too Faced The Quickie Chronicles Mini Collection...whoa...have you seen this?

This contains 8 Too Faced Quickie Chronicle Mini Palettes for $59.10 USD

It's a bit early to be offering gift advice but wouldn't this be a super pressie for a good friend or the makeup lover in your life? Or yourself of course...!

With 8 palettes you can create endless looks!

I'm very tempted by this one, very!

At $59.10 USD it works out to around $7.50 USD per palette but buy this during the Sephora Friends and Family Discount and you'll end up paying around $5.85 USD per palette! Sweet!

I may indulge...I'm very tempted by this one...very!

What do you think?

Want this collection?

Love the idea of 8 palettes for such a low price?

Tell the Muse!

I guess if you're looking for bridesmaids' gifts, this is a great idea, otherwise, why bother?

Not a huge TooFaced fan. For no good reason really - I just never got into their products.

I see that the Tarte holiday stuff is now on Sephora's Web site! It all looks so awesome:)

Happy Birthday Sephora! This line looks cool but with today's economy they might have to sell them individually so people can afford them. I think more companies will start doing that too- offering lower priced items for people feeling the pinch.

Hi Jean!

I dunno honestly I think products will remain the same cost but you'll see more and more kits like this one offered.

Studies show that during rough economical times women actually indulge in costly makeup products more as they feel less guilt than say buying a costly piece of couture or accessory. They'd rather splurge on the $25 lipstick when presented with a $300 bag or the likes.

This is actually a pretty incredible deal at $59 as you are getting all 8 palettes. Def appeals for gift giving that's for sure.

Be will shall see I'm very curious how the strain of the economy will effect the cosmetic industry!

I do notice that many companies, such as BBW, have leashed their lines in considerably. The effects are felt globally as the Japanese collections even seem tighter and sparse this year when compared to previous years but as always we always hear how much less the Japanese market makes due to the saturation of product and the competition between ds vs high end.

But...it remains to be seen! I, for one, will definately be keeping my eyes on the beauty market to see what develops during out time of peril.

As much as I love the cover of these chronicles palettes, I don't think I would buy them - it's just too much makeup that I don't need. On the other hand, if those were the covers of a novel or comic book, I'd definitely consider dropping some $$$ for those!

Maybe it's just me, but the contents of the 10 Year Anniversary palette reminds me another one of Too Faced's earlier LE quickie palettes. I think was called Make a Wish or Wish Upon A Star... it was released during the holidays and it featured a girl in a silvery blue dress. Does anyone remember that?

Hi Muse,

I'm kind of late but thanks for posting this. I hope you don't mind if I use the same image on my blog? I came across this post while googling for TF QC palettes.

I actually have 4 full size TF QC palettes! They are a great way to carry a full face of makeup when you're on the go. My first one was The Cupcake and I used to carry it everywhere with me. It was also my first venture into a non-drugstore brand that wasn't MAC. =)
