Tarte Holiday Collection 2008
It's too early I tell ya! It's just too damn early to be talking about Holiday Collections now when the leaves are just about to turn color!
But...talk about it I will.....
The Tarte Holiday Collection 2008 is shaping up rather nicely with a tempting array of goodies packaged beautifully and ready for gift giving.
As all years prior you'll be getting plenty of bang for your buck this year from Tarte and they have packed up a considerable amount of product with a small price tag!
As with all years prior they are releasing a new Tarte Cheek Trio for $25 USD. The trio contains three mini cheek stains housed in a cute gold pouch!
Loving, simply loving the Tarte Purse Your Lips Clutch! This clutch includes nine limited edition shades of lipgloss for $39 USD!
And finally you might recall the amazing hype and excitement over Tarte's We Wish You Wealth palette. This year you can get excited about the Tarte The Vanity Palette!
You'll get:
16 Shades of Gloss
16 Shadows
1 Mascara
Bronzer
Luminizer
4 Blushes
Makeup Brushes
The palette remains the same price as last year at $52 USD!
All in all Tarte Holiday 2008 is definitely shaping up nicely with plenty of great gift giving options for yourself or friends and family!
Lemming any of Tarte's Holiday Collection for yourself?

I'm jonesin' for that Tarte Cheek Trio! Any idea when they'll be available?
hiya kimmy!
Already available at Sephora love ;-)
go grab it while the grabbing is good :)
Thanks for the comment!
Hope to talk to you again soon!
I love love love Tarte. I say that about a lot of companies, but Tarte cheek stain was the first cream blush I tried and one of the more "high end" products I bought.
It was a downward spiral from there!
I will be picking up proabbly all three of these for myself because I'm a hoarder. But I will also be gifting those cheek stains and glosses to my sisters:)
Hi Laurie!
LOL! I'm a hoarder too and I'm feeling the need for the glosses and the palette at the very least ;-)
Thanks for sharing your Tarte wish list!
Hugs!
Kayvid: Wow! Thos Lipgloss colors look really good. I am also loving their golden metallic clutches and pouches...I'm really eyeing the Cheek Stain Trio...Do you know what colors those might be?
Kayvid: BTW I got the MAC Pearlglide eyeliner in Rave and Wolf. Love them both. Actually I'm looking forward to using them as eyeshadows more than eyeliners. But i'm really 2nd guessing myself and thinking that maybe I should've bought the UD VIP set...All these choices I tell you!!!
sweet baby jesus!
i NEED the purse your lips clutch!!
I'm actually kind of disappointed with this year's version of Tarte's holiday collection. I'm usually lemming for their mini cheek stains, but from looking at the pic, the colours all look so blah. And the fact that they strayed from their signature purple and veered into gold is a real turn off - why not a shiny light purple like Guerlain's Midnight Butterfly, or a darker purple instead? *sigh* Guess there's always next year...
I can skip the glosses (I got the summer gloss set) but I neeeeeeed the cheek stains. I've been waiting for a new holiday set!
Hey Izzy,
I'm so tempted to get everything! Even though my WWYW palette from last year still has tons of product left in it and I have literally dozens of Tarte lipglosses that are barely touched. Are you getting anything? If so, I'm going to wait for your reviews :-)
morning..err afternoon hehe Kayvid!
Happy Friday!!!!!!
I liked the lipgloss kit the best :)
I'm eyeing the stains too as well as the glosses =-P
here's the list for the stains hun:
-Posh (soft plum)
-Fierce (light strawberry red)
-Chic (golden coral peach)
=-)
hey again kaybid :)
awesome! LOL! I'd have gone for the vip set *whistles and looks to the ceiling* hehehe! They are lovely don't get me wrong but the fact they weren't waterline safe made me 2nd guess it ;)
BUT Sephora FF is soon so you can indulge at a discount :)
hello aline!
LOL me too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hi there Anonymous!
I miss the purple quilt style as well and I'm not all into the gold like you but I do like the looks of the lip clutch and the stains of course.
I agree that the gold is a bit blah...but it doesn't prevent me from def lemming a few pieces from this collection ;)
I think it's a need to see in person...could look better than online ;-)
ya never know!
Thanks for the comment lovie!
Happy Weekend!
hi asta!
=-) the glosses I want for sure :) I got the smashbox rapture glosses yesterday but I'm still lemming these too *blush*

Love ya *hugs*
Wow, what a pretty looking set!
Hey Izzy,
I think I will wait for Sephora F&F, thanks for the kind offer! I'm still working on my holiday shopping list, so far it looks like just some Paul & Joe stuff. Can't wait to see what Jill Stuart and Awake will have!
I'm lemming the huge Tarte palette. would owning this make me swear off of purchasing any beauty products in the future? Would this cure my addiction, Muse?
agreed laura :)

hehe!
LOL piece of cake..sadly no I doubt it will ;)
I've never successfully cured the addiction :)
If I find a cure you'll be the first to know darlin!
