Manish Arora for MAC

You gotta thank Temptalia for this one guys as your Muse wasn't expecting it so early! Christine kindly twitted me that Manish Arora is live and kicking at MAC!

Go get yours NOW!

UPDATE: COMPLETELY SOLD OUT!

If this is anything at all like MAC DressCamp you're going to want to hurry on over to grab yours quickly! I ended up ordering everything as the collection is stunning especially the blushes! I'll be bringing you swatches and product photos tomorrow as I choose next day shipping...if I'm lucky that means it'll be here tomorrow or the next day!

MAC Pro New York is already sold out of the collection as they had an early launch of it and I know MAC Soho will probably follow along quickly so I decided I'd order online. I'm unsure how truly limited the collection is but we shall see in the next few hours what happens!

I expected this to launch live on the website on Wednesday so I'm shocked to see it up so early!

MAC is also doing an early sign up for the Red She Said Holiday Collection so while you're purchasing Manish Arora definately add your name in to be alerted on when the Holiday selections go live as this year it looks like a rather nice collection. The lippies have particularly caught my eye!

So....

Anyone grabbing some of Manish Arora?

Love this collection?

Tell the Muse!

Can't wait to hear your thoughts on this one!

Oh Muse! I'm so glad you got everything. I'm dying to see more swatches. I woke up at 5am this morning to buy only the palette :( then I went back for a gloss haha I'm surprised it's not sold out yet!

hi makeup fairy!

Aw sorry this didn't appeal!

I was loving the bolder shades :)

Dior Holiday isn't too appealing but the powder is calling to me :) and Guerlain definately wins for the packaging doesn't it?

Thanks for the comment!
Hope to speak to you again soon!

Meh, I've known about this for quite some time and it bored me even then...

But wait --what's this? Who is this Manish Arora that has crept into your heart and stolen you away from me?!? I go out of my way to be more 'Bollywood' for you, blog-blogging away about saris and the like, and this is how you repay me?!? :*(

really?!? It's gorgeous how can you say it's boring! Damn you must you disagree with me all the time! *shakes fist*

It's only ever about you my little fluffy, chewy piece of naan! No one can compared ;-)

Aww, Izzy, my plump little tandoori chicken, you know how to make a girl feel wanted *blushes*

As for Manish Arora, I'm not feeling it. The design looks so cheap and tacky, it was probably made in India, not just inspired by it!

IDK, for an Indian themed collection, MAC could have gone further with it, that's all I'm saying.

That said MAC has a huge following in India, so said collection was long overdue, if somewhat hastily cobbled together.

PS: It's ok if we don't agree about makeup, as long as we agree to have makeup sex!

what is it bout this collection and dress camp that has caused such a feeding frenzy? neither of them were any more special than any of the other collections that MAC has released lately IMO....

im thinking it might just be from all the hype thats been created over the net...that and do they have even more limited quanties of these collections than usual?

I ended up snagging both lipglasses when they restocked after the first sell out...now comes the waiting game to see if my package will actually ship, or if I'm going to get an email saying my items are "on backorder" lol!

Mandy, love of my life, when you refer to me as your little plump tandoori chicken, I simply melt into a puddle! You're so romantic!

Ugh I can't believe you hate this..I think it's yummie ;) It's really bold, vibrant and stunning..I love me some bold shades:)

Maybe you'll think different when I model it for you ;-)

Ok, ok I'l say yes to allowing you to have your nasty way with me so long as you agree to giving up the real doll....it has to go mandy....you don't need it anymore k?

Hi Aline.

Dunno could be the packaging that gets us all hyper or the gold shades..I personally love all of it. It looks stunning to me :) But I guess it depends...some people love, some hate it..that's what makes the cosmetic world go round :)

Unsure if it's the hype on the internet or just a buncha fruity makeup junkies like me that must haves it now!

So far it hasn't really been that limited as the entire line up is still yet available so it hasn't been sold out as quickly as dresscamp did..that was extremely limited it seemed!

Nice haul, enjoy the glosses they both look delish!

I'm sure you'll get it :)

As for the blushes..they both looked amazing to me ;-) but I like bolder blushes so I'm in the minority I fear!

I hope that puddle you melt into is a puddle of Ghee. What?!? Butter tastes good with chicken, okay?!? It'll be just like Last Tango in Paris (or the unauthorized Bollywood ripoff of LTiP)!

Over my dead body! First you got rid of the donkey, now you want to get rid of Midori?!? Never! I won't let you! The RealDoll stays.

ew....well..hm maybe ;)

we can use the butter to rub all over your luscious body...lol

did I just say that?!

No..I'm sorry I can't compete with the god damn real doll! it's going and that's final.

I'll let you keep the diamond encrusted bikini thong though..that can stay!
