Guerlain Forever Gold

Quickie Post...I know I know but I'm not yet off the Guerlain topic! How sick!

Wanted to update you on the size of the Forever Gold which is 0.35oz for $72!

EEP! Kinda small..do we need two?

The Muse finds it difficult to practice control when forever and gold are in the same sentence....!

Logically speaking I'm curvy and round so I can't dust myself with 0.35oz of gold in one go. I may need 10 of these to cover my entire body!

If you happen to be in the Muse's gorgeous city head on over to Saks and have a look at the collection its now available for your purchasing pleasure!

Hey Muse, I just wanted to do a little reporting since I spent an hr at the beauty department of MACY'S in Herald Sq.

The Chanel Winter Collections are out and I have to say everything except for the e/s quad was very pretty. The blush is a nice pink with blueish glitter and the lip palette in the flower shape was really pretty, but I doubt anybody's going to touch it after they buy it. I love the nail polish called Dazzling. It's a very pretty red, not as vampy as Vamp, not as bright as Shanghai Red, it's a just perfect red, prefect for the holiday season.

and they had the 2 face palettes too, one in warm, one in natural tone. I tested the natural tone one, I wasn't impressed. colors weren't showing up, it was just a soft wash of shimmer and everything else is just nothing exciting. Thank god I didn't get it with the Nordie beauty event.

However, Philosophy had a nice promotion going on there. Buy 2 items and get a full size Grace 3 in 1 shampoo, shower and bath gel, and a little gift set of Grace lotion and shampoo/shower/bath gel, AND a full size Kiss Me pink lip balm (my favorite minty lip balm). So I thought why not? Grab a Microdelivery Peel set and the Exfoliating Cloth (interesting item).

Everything else is just kind of "eh". I'm still trying to find the Tarte We Wish You Wealth set and DiorLight.

I can't wait till you receive your Givenchy holiday collection!!! all that diamondsss~ =P

You naughty girl ;) I've resisted temptation and have avoided Macy's, Saks, and Nordies. But I do have to hop over to Nordies for Mcqueen but I'm thinking I'd be so much safer ordering online because as soon as I see the counters I'm in want mode.

I seen the Chanel winter collection and thankfully wasn't to wowed over it. At the moment by top wants are most definitely MAC, Dior, Givenchy (which is one I can cross off the list as I got it), Guerlain and I think that's it so far PHEW!

and that's enough lmao!

One of the main reasons I avoid YSL and Chanel special editions is because I know I'll buy them and just look at them! And it seems completely wasteful! I'm awful like that! Ditto with dior! I try to refrain but I find myself stowing them away and never wanting to use them lol!

I'm very interested in seeing Dazzling in person!!!!!!

I'm sorta off my Philosophy kick and I've replaced it with the Temptations line! I find the shower gels just don't linger enough for me and dont smell true to what they are (lime, cookie, whatever). Amazing grace for me isn't such a great item either as I just can't really love it.

However I am still a lover of the balms, skincare, etc....

the exfoliating clothes and the microdelivery face wash are a dream item and I adore these! I use it once or twice a week in the evening and it really works a treat!

God I can't wait either! I hope it's here today! I'm eager :)

Shhh I also ordered the Guerlain today :) hehehe!

Diamonds and Gold are my new best friends for the Holiday ;)

I ordered the Tarte We Wish you Wealth set online for a friend so they have it up and available at sephora. I got her permission and will be posting pics of it tomorrow so you can see if it's something you want :)

Thanks for the updates my dear!
